I called in the day my spring broke on my door, the next day they had somebody out as soon as I got off work. 30 minutes later it’s all fixed up and it works better then it has since I’ve lived their! Tech was extremely nice and knowledgeable, price was a bit higher then expected but for the quality of customer service, speed, and knowledge makes it well worth it. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys!

Amazing service! Called and a couple hours later Russ arrived. Russ thoroughly went through all the options and prices. Have seen Precision ads on tv and liked that they gave senior discounts. It is only 5%(should be 10%)but every bit helps so thanks. Jack was my serviceman and he called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He actually was a little early. Had to have both springs replaced and a problem with the opener on the wall. Jack explained everything and showed me 3 options of service and was finished within an hour. Spent a little under $600($400 for the springs)but knew in advance roughly what they would cost. The rest was tune up maintenance and labor. All in all I think it was a fair price and satisfied with the work. The door opens like it should and is much quietier now. Thanks

We needed a new garage door seal because ours was worn out and another company had done a poor job replacing it. Our experience with Precision Door was outstanding!
