I usually don't do reviews unless I have a complaint, but the service I recently received from Precision Door was uncommonly superb. Booking the appointment online was super easy and fast. Tim, my tech was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He arrived right on time, listened to my description of the multiple issues I was experiencing, and gave me a detailed quote of the agreed-upon repairs (just the minimum to make it operable). About an hour into the job, Tim suggested a few added part replacements (along with the costs for each) that made the old door I was probably going to replace in couple of years look and perform like a whole new door. He did all this on a HOT afternoon and stayed with the job until finished at 7:30 PM! He also disposed of all old parts, AND took the time to program the built-in openers on 2 vehicles. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again!

Tim came out and let us know what was wrong with our garage unit and how old it is. He gave us couple estimate choices and our choice to choose. JESSE BURNS with PRECISION GARAGE DOOR of OKC came out the next day (I called thinking I’d leave a message because it was around 4:30 on July 3rd when I emailed them, which means Mr. Burns repaired my garage door ON A HOLIDAY! I replaced a very long list of parts that seemed to fly off from everywhere when the garage door collided with my garbage can! It was SO SMOOTH and SO QUIET when he was finished, it was actually better than a brand new garage door opener! The last home I owned WAS a new home and the garage door was loud and clanky. I often thought it was going to just fall off one day!! Mr. Burns was spot on time and let me know by text message his ETA, which was great! And the price for all I replaced was quite fair! I will DEFINITELY recommend PRECISION GARAGE DOOR of OKC to anyone needing their services!

I found a red topped bolt on my garage floor didn't know what part it came from for sure but it was around the spring. I asked my handyman about it and he told me to call my garage guy like now and don't use my garage door. I called Precision it was all most closing time. They came out the next morning and fixed it. That is exceptional service in my opinion. The guys were awesome, they explained where it came from and what they did to fix it. It did have to do with the spring. They are my go to for garage doors and repairs.
