A broken spring was my issue. I took a little hit on the head from a tornado about 6 months ago, or I would have done it myself. My balance is still sketchy, so I called in help. Justin came out the next morning and made quick work of replacing both springs.

The gentleman that came to my house was professional, polite and understanding. He gave me all honest and straightforward answers without any bullshit. If everyone is as respectful as him then I'm looking forward to using this company for my garage door needs.

I wish I could remember the names of the two gentlemen that came out to help with our garage door. They came in and interacted with my family (including the toddler and the dog!) and took time to explain the options and what they could do. Then they went out to the garage and got us up and running in a little over an hour! They kept us informed as they progressed and came out to show us their quality work. They made sure we were satisfied with the fixes and wrapped up the job! We’ll use Precision again, for sure!

My technician had his hands full undoing a mess left behind by a previous company. He was efficient and knowledgeable. Did not try to sell me anything. He showed me what was wrong and what needed immediate attention and what could be done at a later time if needed. He was so nice.

I usually don't do reviews unless I have a complaint, but the service I recently received from Precision Door was uncommonly superb. Booking the appointment online was super easy and fast. Tim, my tech was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He arrived right on time, listened to my description of the multiple issues I was experiencing, and gave me a detailed quote of the agreed-upon repairs (just the minimum to make it operable). About an hour into the job, Tim suggested a few added part replacements (along with the costs for each) that made the old door I was probably going to replace in couple of years look and perform like a whole new door. He did all this on a HOT afternoon and stayed with the job until finished at 7:30 PM! He also disposed of all old parts, AND took the time to program the built-in openers on 2 vehicles. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again!

Teagan C stopped by to look at my faulty garage door opener. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got it working again, and inspected the entire system and serviced the door rollers. Outstanding service and very friendly service. Very much appreciated!

I would like to thank Paul and Hayden for helping me to make the best decision in getting a new garage door opener. They was very knowledgeable about the products so I am truly grateful for your insight. They also were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves thanks again.

Steven was the perfect employee to send to our house to repair a broken spring on the garage door! He was professional, had a friendly and helpful personality, and was very respectful! He explained what he had to do and went to work. I had a sticker of a previous garage repair company on my garage door. I asked Steven for a PRECISION sticker. I removed the other company because they did not provide the support I needed to readily get the job done. Thanks Precision!

Tim came out and let us know what was wrong with our garage unit and how old it is. He gave us couple estimate choices and our choice to choose. Which I like that we can decide which way works best and what we want to have fixed if just certain parts or while unit. Let you know differences on the models. Thank you

JESSE BURNS with PRECISION GARAGE DOOR of OKC came out the next day (I called thinking I’d leave a message because it was around 4:30 on July 3rd when I emailed them, which means Mr. Burns repaired my garage door ON A HOLIDAY! I replaced a very long list of parts that seemed to fly off from everywhere when the garage door collided with my garbage can! It was SO SMOOTH and SO QUIET when he was finished, it was actually better than a brand new garage door opener! The last home I owned WAS a new home and the garage door was loud and clanky. I often thought it was going to just fall off one day!! Mr. Burns was spot on time and let me know by text message his ETA, which was great! And the price for all I replaced was quite fair! I will DEFINITELY recommend PRECISION GARAGE DOOR of OKC to anyone needing their services!

I found a red topped bolt on my garage floor didn't know what part it came from for sure but it was around the spring. I asked my handyman about it and he told me to call my garage guy like now and don't use my garage door. I called Precision it was all most closing time. They came out the next morning and fixed it. That is exceptional service in my opinion. The guys were awesome, they explained where it came from and what they did to fix it. It did have to do with the spring. They are my go to for garage doors and repairs.
