JESSE BURNS with PRECISION GARAGE DOOR of OKC came out the next day (I called thinking I’d leave a message because it was around 4:30 on July 3rd when I emailed them, which means Mr. Burns repaired my garage door ON A HOLIDAY! I replaced a very long list of parts that seemed to fly off from everywhere when the garage door collided with my garbage can! It was SO SMOOTH and SO QUIET when he was finished, it was actually better than a brand new garage door opener! The last home I owned WAS a new home and the garage door was loud and clanky. I often thought it was going to just fall off one day!! Mr. Burns was spot on time and let me know by text message his ETA, which was great! And the price for all I replaced was quite fair! I will DEFINITELY recommend PRECISION GARAGE DOOR of OKC to anyone needing their services!

I found a red topped bolt on my garage floor didn't know what part it came from for sure but it was around the spring. I asked my handyman about it and he told me to call my garage guy like now and don't use my garage door. I called Precision it was all most closing time. They came out the next morning and fixed it. That is exceptional service in my opinion. The guys were awesome, they explained where it came from and what they did to fix it. It did have to do with the spring. They are my go to for garage doors and repairs.

Quick to respond and fix our issue we had. We had a door that got hit by a lightning storm in March and we could not use our app to open it any longer. The company who installed it originally would never get back with us on cost to replace the mother board they said needed to be replaced. We decided to look elsewhere and called Precision. They sent out technicians within 3 hours of our call and had a solution for us within 15 minutes and now we have remotes and can open both bay doors with the remotes and didn't have to spend thousands to get it working. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and professional and worked well together making our choosing Precision as our go to company for any future garage door issues. We recommend them highly.
