Although our problem was VERY MINOR, you techs arrived on tine,very professional and courteous..it wad our second time dealing with precision,and will recommend.I do think though that when seniors have a very minor issue, like flipping a switch,the charge should be a maximum of $25. We paid the 49.95 service call,but the resolution took 5 minutes. We are on fixed income.

I was very happy with how quickly I set up an appmt. The technician didn't have the replacement garage door opener with him but a technician came the next morning and installed it. Thank you for the quick service and courteous technicians! I just wish I had seen the 50 dollar off coupon for the installation of a new garage door opener, maybe next time.

Great service from the phone call to set up the appointment through the moment the technician left following the repair! The telephone agent was great - provided me with an appointment the next day at a time that fit my schedule. The technician arrived early on the appointment day after calling to confirm I was available. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient - completed the replacement of all moving parts of my garage door in about 20 minutes. The rebuild package I purchased seems to be well worth the investment - I recommend this business!

Sunday morning at around 745am the cable come off the garage door and a wheel came off the rail. We called one place and was told we'd get a call back in a few minutes. A few minutes turned into a hour and a half before anyone called back. So we called precision and made a same day appointment to get the issue fixed. They told us they would have a tech out between 10am and noon. The tech called around 930am and showed up 30 minutes later and the job didn't take him 30 minutes to do. He was very professional, easy to talk too, and he wasn't rude or snarky. We will always use precision from now on and will continue to tell our friends and family as well!!!! Whatever you're doing keep doing it and keep Luke!!! He's just awesome!!!!!!! Also no complaints on the price either!!!! Thank you again so much!!!!!

When I decided to purchase a keypad entry for my garage door I called Precision because when I had an emergency with the pulley on my door and I could not get my car out they came out the same day I called. Making the appointment and getting the job done was quick and easy. The two young men who installed the keypad were polite and explained everything they needed to do. After I made the appointment I got a followup email with the appointment time within a couple of hours. They had a link to their website so you could familiarize yourself with the technicians who might be coming to do the work. Good idea in this day and age.

Prompt, Candid, Honest. Good value for product and service. My 18 year old Craftsman broke a chain and cable. Precision told me they wouldn't repair it. Not because they couldn't but that I would need to continually repair it and most of the parts would be obsolete. I took their advice to replace the opener. I didn't feel pressured or scammed. I felt like they were looking out for me. I was very impressed with how they managed me from the initial call, to the inspection of the unit, and to the new installation. It takes good organizational skills to make a service business like this function well. I couldn't be happier.

EXCELLENT service! We needed our garage door repaired - called Precision, talked to a body, set up an appointment, appointment call for confirmation, technician arrived on time. Door fixed in no time and gave an estimate (because we asked) on a new garage door and installation. Very impressed with the prices. Also impressed that they sent me three estimates assisting me in making a decision on good/better/best garage door. I will use Precision as long as they are in business! I have no desire to shop elsewhere after the excellent service and customer service we have received.

Our experience with Precision Door Service of OKC has been excellent. Initially we called them out on a opener repair. But, found the opener to be okay. A dent in the garage door was causing everything to be out of wack. The installation of a new door was completed in a professional manner by experienced installers. One of the springs broke on Friday evening and first thing Saturday morning two technicians showed up. Less than 30 minutes later I had a fully functional garage door. Technicians were prompt, polite, and professional!

WOW! A service company that actually shows up on time, when they say they will. My garage door was older and required some different springs so they had to come back after the initial visit. Not only did they arrive ON TIME for the first appointment, they were 5 minutes EARLY when they returned to complete the job. More importantly, they did a great job repairing my garage door. Price was fair and the service was GREAT!

After coming home late at night my garage door just gave in and was crushed from the top! Probably not as dramatic as I typed it but at the time it was the worst damage I ever experienced. With a quick Google search and Precision popped up... I read reviews and started a chat with a knowledgeable CSR. About 12p, I called made an appointment and was told there would be a technician out between 6p-8p. By 3:45 Luke, with a trainee, came out and my garage is back in working in good condition. Easy Peasy lemon Squeezy! Luke was knowledgeable, precise and easy to talk to. They worked as a team and got the job done within an hour. He even gave me a quote for future services that I may need on the spot! If you're needing an immediate repair, Precision Door is the company to use!

I had a new garage door and opener installed. They did an excellent job of installing both and the installers were very friendly. I only have 2 minor gripes. 1. I wish someone would have asked if I had eye points for my opener at the time I was requesting the garage door so I could have had them arrange for the new opener at the same time. 2. When they left us the two remotes for the opener, I noticed later that one of the was well used and not new. It was exchanged without a problem.
