I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to contact Precision Door Service to repair our garage door. From the initial phone call to concluding their work, they demonstrated excellent customer service and professionalism. Jack and Paul came to the rescue and were so nice to my wife and three-year-old son that decided to engage them in a brief conversation while they were at our residence. i'd been using a no-name garage door guy (prices were "unbeatable". The new door he installed worked well, at first. it started getting noisy and rough. The installer found nothing wrong on a callout. Yesterday it died - spring cable jumped spool and jammed door. Called my guy and no return call. I got serious and looked at the "big guys". Precision's website got my attention, for some reason. Called for an emergency repair and was scheduled the next morning. Hours later received a call from the "service tech" telling me he could be there in an hour. I jumped on it and the rest is history. He diagnosed the root cause of the problem within 10 minutes and gave me a price, guaranteeing I would be happy. He replaced the incorrectly sized springs and reset everything. The results were outstanding. The door has never been this quiet since the house was new. The tech was knowledgeable, experienced and fast. His confidence was reassuring. He did not bad mouth the previous installer - rather simply pointed out the facts. Refreshing. Turns out, when I went online later, that the "tech" was Russ, the owner/manager. I can do business with and recommend Precision.

I had an after hours issue with our garage door trapping my car inside. I called and had a technician sent out within an hour. Our technician, Lee, did a great job for us! He went through the inspection of our door. He is super knowledgeable. Lee fixed and replaced everything as promised for a very reasonable price. Our garage door is the quietest it has ever been! We are very pleased. We will definitely use them again for any of our garage door needs, though I think our garage door troubles are gone for good! ;-)

Great experience! Broken lift spring discovered at 3:30 PM on a Friday afternoon. Problem fixed with a conversion from one spring to two springs by Philip at 6:30 PM that evening. Keep in mind that this is a Friday evening when almost nobody else is working. Philip was knowledgeable, fast, efficient in solving my problem. The price was very reasonable. I will call Precision for all my future garage door needs.

The team at precision garage was very professional. i appreciated the on time arrival and completion of the work. having repair work is often very frustrating as many do not hold up their end of the deal. This was not the case with precision. The scheduling was prompt, the work was on time and within the amount discussed and the repair team was professional and very tidy with their work. Technicians were scheduled for 6-8pm and called 30 minutes later and offered to come right away. Pricing was VERY reasonable (over $150 less than I paid for ONE spring in 1/16 from another repair service) and they replaced both springs! Very pleased and I will recommend them to anyone that needs help!

I called Precision for a repair at about 10 a.m. Not only were they able to schedule a same-day service call, but their expedient work meant they were able to move the service up to a more convenient time for me. They worked quickly, and corrected the root cause of my problem rather than the symptoms alone. Payment with my credit card was handled immediately with a mobile device and e-mailed receipt.

Russ and Josh arrived at 9am, explained what needed to be done, what the cost would be, and completed the work in about an hour.
