Technicians were scheduled for 6-8pm and called 30 minutes later and offered to come right away. Pricing was VERY reasonable (over $150 less than I paid for ONE spring in 1/16 from another repair service) and they replaced both springs! I called Precision for a repair at about 10 a.m. Not only were they able to schedule a same-day service call, but their expedient work meant they were able to move the service up to a more convenient time for me. They worked quickly, and corrected the root cause of my problem rather than the symptoms alone. Payment with my credit card was handled immediately with a mobile device and e-mailed receipt.

Russ and Josh arrived at 9am, explained what needed to be done, what the cost would be, and completed the work in about an hour. They were friendly and very professional...I would call them again and recommend them to anyone. They were very efficient, and professional and the price was reasonable. I wrote a review back in January, 2014. I haven't needed Luke since then until today. My garage door stopped working last night. He came over this morning. Of course it was working fine when he got to my house. He was just as awesome as he was in 2014. He looked over everything and said he'd be back if needed. Shortly after he left my garage door stopped working again. He will be back to fix it asap. I wouldn't use anyone else! Thank you Luke.

our garage door spring broke late on Saturday afternoon and we thought we would be unable to open it until Monday which was a huge problem because we were moving. We called Precision and they said they could have someone out on Sunday. They arrived at the time they said they would, were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them
