I must say that I was a bit apprehensive at first in using a different service company to repair our garage door, but that was totally unwarrantied. I called around 9am and talked with both Russ and Janet about possibly replacing my old LiftMaster opener. After a brief discussion I felt very comfortable in the knowledge and ability to do the work needed. I ask when that would be available to change our opener and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they could be out around 4:30pm later today. Luke was our technician and he called a little after 3pm and let me know he was a little ahead of schedule and was wondering if it would be okay to come on out, worked great for me. He arrived and we went over some details and he proceeded to do some inspecting and began the installation. He was very professional and thorough, making sure to clean up as he went and answered my questions with great detail. We purchased the Marantec model and extremely happy with the installation and especially LOVE our new opener. Precision has earned our business and we would highly recommend them.

I called Precision at 3:30 and they were at my house before 6 the same day. Russ explained the problem with my door and immediately fixed it. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

Called the night before and set the appointment for 10:00 the next morning. Got a call from Luke that he was on the way and would be there at 10:00. He arrived on time, explained my options to me and then made the repairs in less than an hour. Very good service would recommend to friends and family.
