This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I made my appointment on line for today which was SUNDAY between 12-4. The technician called and said he would be there in 40 minutes. He was on time and in the window I had selected. His name was Tanner and could not have been for informative and extremely professional. He gave me my options for possible repair and never pressured me to by a new. Since my opener was 26 years old I decided to replace. Told me the total price upfront and I was pleased. This was the main 2 car door. I also asked him to look at the third door because it was not running smoothly. He installed the new motor and fixed the third door. Greased all hinges and rails fittings and gave me a new3 can of LUBE for me to use twice a year. Finally went through the entire operation setting up all remotes and outside key pad. Cannot see why anyone would use someone other than Precision. Ask for Tanner if you can although I would suspect all their employees are trained for good customer service.

The scheduling was prompt and as promised, the technician showed up within 2hrs of my call. Tanner was pleasant, professional, and efficient. He showed me the problems with my garage door, explained my options, and fixed the door. He noticed that some joints/ bolts that were suboptimal and fixed those to prevent future issues. Great work!

We had to have a new garage door opener installed. Justin took the time and tried to trouble shoot for us. My husband and I cannot say enough nice things about him. I reached out to Precision for a quote on maintenance on my garage door. They gave me an appointment same day and promptly. Dom the technician arrived and Listened to my concerns and made some suggestions to fix the issue. He did not go try to over sell he just shared where there were issues with parts and explained what was still in good condition. He gave me a quote to fix and said he could do it same day if I was good with quote . One hour later I had a fixed garage door. Dom was professional and had impeccable customer service. Great company!

I was very satisfied with the ease of making an appointment on Saturday the next day that I called. Paul is knowledgeable and took care of the problem I called about. He also did a tune up for the spring and door. The new larger rollers reduced the noise of opening and closing the door and are better quality than those originally installed.
