Teagan Cluff came out to my Mom's house and at first was suppost to do a small repair, but he did a very thorough inspection of the garage door. He gave my mom three options, in which he informed us that the first option would only be a quick fix, but later it would have to be completely serviced. Second option was just to fix the garage door opener and replace the bad pieces now and the third option would be to completely replace the motor and bad parts. Due to is perfect explanation of what could happen into the future and the cost if my mom waited. My mom went with the third option. I know that 5 stars are the highest rating possible, but the way that Teagan performed at my mom's house there should be a 10 star rating for a technician of his professionalism, respect and courtesy.

The spring broke on our garage door last night along with the cables caught in the door. We were so relieved when I called and the CSR said that someone can come out and look at it last night (10/23/2025). Tre Nunley came by last night. He came by early , which was nice. He also was able to quote a price and get everything fixed within an hour. He was friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him any time (or anyone from Precision Door).

I was very pleased with the work Justin and Marlon did you update my opener to a WiFi version and a belt drive. Plus they tightened the spring and added a support to one panel that gave it more support. I had used Precision in Georgia and was pleased there and I am pleased here in Oklahoma.

I called in the morning and they were there by 1:30. Dominique was courteous and professional and managed to get my broken door up enough for me to remove my car from the garage. They’re coming tomorrow to install a new door so their service is fast and efficient.

Quick response time on a weekend, they were there within an hour of calling for an estimate. It was reasonably priced considering the job we had to do, it wasn't a straightforward fix like usual and Hayden didn't hesitate to find a solution. He was able to handle every obstacle we ran into during the repair and had it working better than it ever has by the time he finished. If you need an emergency repair, I'd highly recommend them.

Jack Walker was the technician that came and worked on my garage door, giving it almost a complete overhaul repair job! He was wonderful. He is kind and considerate and explains everything step-by-step in the initial assessment of what the door needed. He performed all of the repairs magnificently and my door is in tiptop shape now and guaranteed for five years. They came out on a Sunday within an hour of me calling And I was not charged anything for it being after hours on a Sunday a service call or anything. everything is very upfront and you have the choice of what you want to have fixed or don’t want to have fixed if it is not necessary. Jack is definitely an asset for precision as a technician as he knows what he’s doing gets right to it and gets the job done in an excellent manner!
