I had an appointment window for 10-12 today. I received a phone call from Paul at 9:35 letting me know that he was on the way. He arrived at 9:58! He was friendly, thorough and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell my products and services that I didn’t need. He explained the issue garage door opener was having, told me what needed to be done to fix it and mentioned some things to look out for in the future. I will be using Precision for any garage door needs in the future and would specifically ask for Paul!

Phillip and Jack were great. They arrived on time and he knew what was wrong with the door opener immefiately. I too, had improper service from Overhead garage door. After my installation he walked me through and showed me how it would work plus stated and helped me download my app so I could open and close my garage door from my cell phone. I love this.
