Miguel arrived at exactly the beginning of the time window I was given. He took his time to diagnose the problem, explain it to me plainly and give me options to choose from for repairs. As the repairs were about done, my garage door opener itself failed catastrophically. He quickly let me know again what my options were, never pushing me to the most expensive one. What began as a repair wound up being what turned out to be a near full system replacement that was probably about 5 or 10 years overdue!

Teagan replaced two torsion springs for us (one had failed and it was just a matter of time before the unbroken one failed). He also replaced some bearings at the rod ends that were badly worn. Great service and a great representative for Precision Door!

Had an amazing experience! They came out and diagnosed the issue and was able to get the garage door opener/spring/barrings installed same day in about 2 hours! Their customer service and going the extra mile is top notch! Jack was my tech and he was excellent! Explained how everything worked, did excellent work and cleaned up after. Fast service called Sunday figured would get answer machine. Talked to a real person. An got a tech with in 2 hours an no extra Service charge for after hours. Replaced spring, he explained the reason our spring failed. Was not the right spring for our door He also adjusted door so had a better seal. Also replaced bottom Weather striping so mice will stay outside. Highly recommend Tech was very professional.

The installer today and very helpful. He straightened out the mess that was crated by your other installer that came a year ago. In Oct 2023 I spent $3,000.00 with your company getting my garage door opener replace. I noticed since then the garage door was opening very slow. And lately would barley open. I spent another $3500.00 today getting the right size garage door opener and spring. Installed. Once again I’m very happy with the job your installer did today with fixing the garage door properly.
