I chose Precision Garage Door Company based on their reviews on Google. Normally I read reviews and use "wise judgment." I'm very glad I trusted my instincts in this case. The Techs that came to my house were both nice, knowledgeable, and patient. ( I ask alot of questions) I had a concern after my repair, and a different tech came back out first thing the next day to help me with it. It was a strange situation that neither of us had ever encountered before. He made a quick call, and within minutes my issue was resolved. Jordan was very pleasant, patient, and respectable.... even when I told him the crazy things I was experiencing with my garage door. Long story short... this will be the garage door company for all my future needs! And kudos to the owner for hiring such wonderful Techs!!

I called at 7:30 a.m. and within an hour Jack called and was here in 10 minutes. He assessed my problem and showed me what I needed but gave me three options and I chose the option and within an hour and a half he had my door repaired with everything working great. I was referred by a neighbor that used him and we’re very happy and I’m glad that I chose to go with Precision and Door and Jack.
