First of all your employe jack was nice enough to call us and let us know he was on his way and give us a ETA, although we don’t answer calls from strange numbers, he was nice to leve me a message and let me know.. while he was in our home he took the time to inspect everything and let me/us know what the problem was, and told me how much time it would take to repair it BINGO! I have used Precision several times through the years. Not only will they come out and perform the work the same day even on weekends and holidays, they do a great job on top of it. Great service and experience every time. Appointment confirmations and receipts are emailed, which is reassuring. Janet helped me determine the opener which fit my needs as I wanted to use MyQ. Jack and Phil did a great job installing the opener today. Jack programmed both of the door openers for easy use between the two doors. I have set up both doors to use the MY Q wi-fi application. It is a wonderful tool to use with our Lift Master garage door openers.

Pricing was VERY reasonable (over $150 less than I paid for ONE spring in 1/16 from another repair service) and they replaced both springs!
