Jack Walker was very friendly and helpful. He was also knowledgeable, and his experience allowed him to repair our garage door despite the design flaws. We are delighted with the training and professionalism of your employees. We were given all information straightforwardly without any gimmicks or add-ons. We also liked that we were able to get same-day service. We will be using you guys again should the need arise.

I called at 7:30 a.m. and within an hour Jack called and was here in 10 minutes. He assessed my problem and showed me what I needed but gave me three options and I chose the option and within an hour and a half he had my door repaired with everything working great. I was referred by a neighbor that used him and we’re very happy and I’m glad that I chose to go with Precision and Door and Jack. I would highly recommend the company and him for any garage door repairs or replacement. He was not only very professional but a very nice man. Thank you Precision and Door.

Old opener bit the dust. Called and 3 hours later had technician Jack at our home. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I purchased a new garage door opener and outside keypad. It was installed in less than 2 hours. You can purchase a new one and install yourself cheaper, but if you can't, Prevision prices seemed fair. I will recommend to a friend if asked and use them again if I have a need.

This is the second time I have used Precision in the past several years. First time was to replace a broken spring. This time was to replace 16 year old garage door openers that had finally died. Had the same technician both times! Was able to replace both openers on our three car garage on the same day as the service call. Also got a new spring, hinges and rollers on one bay. Technician arrives on time, gave me several service/repair/replacement options. Got the work done, explained how to operate everything and cleaned up all the mess. It will probably be a long time before I need garage door work again, but if I do, I’ll be calling Precision Door Service OKC.
