We were down for the Holiday weekend and we had setup an appt w/Precision for Friday (11/24). Jack Walker was the Tech, he was very diligent calling us to locate our daughters Home in a New Subdivision to install the New Garage Door Opener. Jack explained the process and explained why an additional spring needed to be added to the door. The price for the Installation of the Garage door was the same as I was quoted over the phone. I would highly recommend Precision for their professional courtesy and detail to work. Thank you.

First of all your employe jack was nice enough to call us and let us know he was on his way and give us a ETA, although we don’t answer calls from strange numbers, he was nice to leve me a message and let me know.. while he was in our home he took the time to inspect everything and let me/us know what the problem was, and told me how much time it would take to repair it BINGO! Give this man a raise!! Not many workers out there that will do this.. thank you Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for a fair price, we are happy again.. ~Tim K.~

If there were more stars, I would give Precision more. Beginning with the 1st phone call, Janet made the experience fast and great (and fun). Then 1 1/2 hours later, Jack was at my door ready to install. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even the girl that answered after hours exceeded my expectations when checking on Jack's ETA. I have used Precision several times through the years. Not only will they come out and perform the work the same day even on weekends and holidays, they do a great job on top of it. Great service and experience every time. Appointment confirmations and receipts are emailed, which is reassuring. The representative always calls before coming out to let you know when they will be there. I never consider calling anyone else when something goes wrong. It is good to know I can count on Precision to fix my issue.
