Every experience I’ve had with Precision Garage Door has been excellent. I was able to have a technician come out same day, and I wish I hadn’t put this off for so long because it was so quick and painless. Today, Hayden and Paul did a great job helping me fix my issue quickly and answered any questions I had. I would recommend to anyone!

Miguel arrived at exactly the beginning of the time window I was given. He took his time to diagnose the problem, explain it to me plainly and give me options to choose from for repairs. As the repairs were about done, my garage door opener itself failed catastrophically. He quickly let me know again what my options were, never pushing me to the most expensive one. What began as a repair wound up being what turned out to be a near full system replacement that was probably about 5 or 10 years overdue!

Zack was professional and worked really hard. He had to work in the attic and it’s hot today. He never took a break and helped me program my opener. He was awesome. I will gladly recommend Precision to my neighbors. Thank you again!

Quick to respond and fix our issue we had. We had a door that got hit by a lightning storm in March and we could not use our app to open it any longer. The company who installed it originally would never get back with us on cost to replace the mother board they said needed to be replaced. We decided to look elsewhere and called Precision. They sent out technicians within 3 hours of our call and had a solution for us within 15 minutes and now we have remotes and can open both bay doors with the remotes and didn't have to spend thousands to get it working. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and professional and worked well together making our choosing Precision as our go to company for any future garage door issues. We recommend them highly.

Telephone customer service was outstanding! Gave the needed information quickly and professionally Cody was my service tech. Friendly, knowledgeable and no hard up sale on anything. Replaced springs quickly and my door operates much smoother and quieter! 5 yr warranty on springs. I called at 4pm and the job was done by 6. Thanks Precision!

One of the springs on my double garage door snapped, so I called a few places for estimates. Most could schedule a technician within 24 hours, but Precision Garage Door was able to send someone out the same evening. After inspecting the door, the technician discovered additional issues, including frayed cables and worn bearings. All of the problems were addressed quickly and efficiently—and the total cost was less than two of the other estimates I received. Excellent service at a great price. Jesse knows how to take care of people!

Teagan replaced two torsion springs for us (one had failed and it was just a matter of time before the unbroken one failed). He also replaced some bearings at the rod ends that were badly worn. Great service and a great representative for Precision Door!

Very pleased with our service from Precision Garage Door Service. Teagan arrived on time and assured us we did not need to replace garage doors/mechanisms. Another local company had been servicing us for years and they constantly told us everything that was wrong and charged inflated prices because they were the only show in town until Precision arrived in Norman. Very pleased to know we are with the right company and technician. Teagan fixed all the problems that were left undone (in order to contact "other" company again and again) and our 2 garage doors are smooth and quiet. Springs replaced, shafts corrected and bolts replaced. Awesome friendly service!

The response was within a few hours from making the call. Really, the appointed time to come to my house was early. Called Saturday and door was fixed same day. Repairmen very courteous and saved my original garage door which saved me money on the whole job.. Will definitely call them again and give the company as a referral. Thank you Precision Garage Door Service for everything.
