I saw the commercial on the television this morning and saw that I would choose to talk to the company about the garage door The Technician Jack Walker was very professional explaining the problems with the garage door, he was very precise and he was easy to understand. I will be giving him a call next week to schedule the repair to the door as well as some other little things.

Amazing service! Called and a couple hours later Russ arrived. Russ thoroughly went through all the options and prices. When I made my decision he made a call and a couple hours after that Byron and his helper showed up. A few hours later job complete. Very happy with the products, professional / courteous service. Have seen Precision ads on tv and liked that they gave senior discounts. It is only 5%(should be 10%)but every bit helps so thanks. Jack was my serviceman and he called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He actually was a little early. Had to have both springs replaced and a problem with the opener on the wall. Jack explained everything and showed me 3 options of service and was finished within an hour. Spent a little under $600($400 for the springs)but knew in advance roughly what they would cost. The rest was tune up maintenance and labor. All in all I think it was a fair price and satisfied with the work. The door opens like it should and is much quietier now. Thanks

I do not recommend this company. My first sign should have been not giving estimates prior to their visit, with all the technology available nowadays they can give estimates. The tech stood 6 ft from garage door and wrote up his estimate a photo of garage door would have done the same thing. Now I'm out the 49.99 trip charge if I don't use them they have you pretty much locked in or lose that money. Tech was rude, told me that all he did was replace the one broken spring per my request but now I have a door that doesn't shut all the way, you can see the sun shine through and it's hitting the rubber seal attached to garage door frame and as for the inspection he provided, you don't see the results until you get the invoice either by mail or email by that time the tech is long gone. Lastly, his estimates was supposed to minus the trip charges if repairs were over 100.00, but tech knew nothing about this so he said. ( he did take it off after confronted about it).
