The service man is great. He was really knowledgeable and went to great issues to explain to me what the problem was and what I could expect to pay. However the lady on the phone not so much ….. she was either in a call service center or an answering service because she clearly did not know anything about garage doors or garage door issues. I gave the service man the five stars were rating the lady on the phone. It would’ve been a one star.

The woman I talked last night was very friendly and professional. The worker that came to do my repair was very friendly, professional , and did a great job. It was only because I was allowed to make payments on the repair that I was able to get it fixed ! Would definitely recommend.

Teagan Cluff came out today to repair my garage door and the garage door opener. It’s very rare to meet someone as pleasant and knowledgeable as Teagan! He was professional, courteous, kind, and well-informed about what was going on with my garage door and the opener. I highly recommend Teagan Cuff and Precision OverheadGarage Dior Service.

Just like our last technician last year, Paris was friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. We have a son with a disability and Paris answered his questions, clarified what he was asking, and took time to be friendly to him. Thank you Paris

Our Springs on our garage door broke and I called Precision to come out and repair. They came out the same day to repair the door. I had the springs, coils, rollers and motor replaced. Justin Price was the installer. He was very professional and courteous! He kept us in the loop the whole time he repaired the door. It only took him a couple of hours to replace everything. He even helped my wife program the app in her phone. Again, Great Job to Justin and Precision Doors!!

Went above and beyond in arranging an after hours service call when the garage door would not come down and nighttime was approaching. Tech Justin arrived promptly and not only solved my immediate problem, but relocated hardware so it was more stable and situation shouldn't occur again. Every tech that has been to my home to either install openers or remedy a problem I was having has been professional (both in manner and appearance), friendly and knowledgeable. Precision is definitely a blessing for senior citizens.

Watched a bunch of YouTube videos trying to troubleshoot non-functioning remotes. Finally decided to call a pro. Precision arrived same day to install new receiver board. Justin was very nice, quick and informative. He showed me a comparison of prices for new board vs new opener. Highly recommend these guys.

Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Received service the same afternoon. Teagan Cluff came out to fix us up, and did an excellent job. He was very prompt and upfront about the damage, and what it would take to get our door working properly again. After a few hours he had the door working again like it was brand new. Thanks again Teagan!

Teagan Cluff exceeded my expectations in every way. He arrived exactly at the time he promised. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He recommended several ways to improve the performance of my door. He accomplished the repairs efficiently and cleanly. When completed, he explained all of the worked done, demonstrated the operation of the door, and walked me through an ongoing maintenance program. I would wholeheartedly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone in need of their services!

I got exactly what I was anticipating. Good service, professional service, Cody was awesome. I had the same experience several years ago when I had a problem. I called you folks you took care of it then and today was just like that. Absolutely perfect professional, friendly, and a great job. I really appreciate it thank you very much.
