Technician Stanley called to provide his arrival time which he met. He quickly spotted the broken spring ,got approval from management to replace both at a discount. He also inspected the bearings, rollers and cables and lubed where appropriate. He was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient- pleased with the job.

Before calling precision I called another garage door repair company they told me that it was 100% the rollers and was going to charge me $400 to replace the rollers previous before calling the repair guy I googled it and I watch the youtube video so I knew exactly what it was he tried to charge me for something that wasn't broken. I called precision he came out and he left in 20 minutes and my door works perfect it was simply resetting it and adjusting that was it these guys are great and honest.
