Jesse & Tanner were great. Had an issue with the shop door had to get rollers and a new cable that was broken along with a support bracket. We had used you previously for our garage door when the spring broke so you were the ones I called when I had the issue last night.

Great service. Garage door spring broke called around 130 on New Year’s Eve and was surprised someone would come out between 2-6. Eli called at 230 and was on his way from stillwater. Arrived about 330 and did a great job getting the door spring fixed and the door had been squeaking for some time. He fixed that as well. Precision does a great job and I will always call them for any garage door issues.

I called Precision Garage Door of OKC last Saturday after my garage door jumped off its track. I was able to schedule a service appointment within an hour or so of my call. Cody is the technician who came and assessed the problem, and showed me the parts that were worn, and presented an estimate of what would make it operate safely and normally again. Cody replaced the parts and adjusted everything, made some tweaks, and the door is working absolutely great! Cody is honest, very proficient and knowledgeable.
