Very pleased with our service from Precision Garage Door Service. Teagan arrived on time and assured us we did not need to replace garage doors/mechanisms. Another local company had been servicing us for years and they constantly told us everything that was wrong and charged inflated prices because they were the only show in town until Precision arrived in Norman. Very pleased to know we are with the right company and technician. Teagan fixed all the problems that were left undone (in order to contact "other" company again and again) and our 2 garage doors are smooth and quiet. Springs replaced, shafts corrected and bolts replaced. Awesome friendly service!

Our garage door would not raise. Cody came out prepared to fix the bent strut bar and put a heavy duty steel one in, fixed the lift spring, adjusted the door spring and made sure the door sealed properly. I will ask for Cody for any future service, he is the best, very professional and courteous.

I have worked with the Precision Door previously to install a garage door opener and then perform Warranty service. The come in, inspect everything and give you a breakdown of what the problem is and the cost to repair. I just had the spring break unexpectedly and they came in with the same outstanding service and fixed it.
