Described maintenance procedures with a spray, didn’t leave the bottle that he said he leave - normally not a big deal, but since Precision has fallen into the pandemic trap of jacking up prices, everything is important. Appreciate the training going on. Lead was friendly. Relied on sending receipt via email. No itemization or warranty paperwork.
