When I first found that the motorized "arm" had disconnected from my garage door, I called the original manufacturer. After 2 days, poor coordination & bad customer service I googled Precision instead. Their customer service rep said she could have someone out within a few hours at half the cost of the previous company's quote. Shortly after hanging up, Luke called to let me know he was on his way and I received an email showing what he looked like (important to me for safety as a single mom). Less than 45 minutes later my garage door was fixed at a price even less than the quote for the service call. Luke was friendly and professional, explaining everything before he did any work & quoting me the exact final charge. Amazing customer service at an amazing price. You can't go wrong with this company!

Our spring broke at 3 p.m. on a day with terrible weather. I called and an hour and a half later it was fixed. The door opens better now than before it was fixed. I will definitely use Precision again!!!

Very quick and done very fast...only issue I have is when the owner came out to give price to fix the door...would have been great to know the price of a new one...with it only being and couple hundred difference I would have bought the new door...but I am very happy with t he service

When my garage door would not open,even manually, I needed help quickly! After calling about my problem I had an appointment for that afternoon. Imagine my surprise when the technician called and said he would be here at 1:00 when my appointment time was between 1 and 3. This has never happened in my experience. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I also liked the fact that I had an email with names and pictures so I knew who to expect when I opened my door. I would definitely recommend Precision!

I contacted Precision Door on Friday evening as our garage door spring broke. Once we made an appointment, there was an email sent to me with all the information including a picture of the technician. My appointment was for between 8 -10 and I received a call in the AM, he was actually early! No waiting around for hours.... Great service, reasonably priced compared to other companies and a desire to do the job right! Our garage door has never worked so well and is now quiet, we can actually hear the opener instead of squeaks. Excellent job and service, will definitely be calling them for all of our future needs and recommending them to others.

The garage door became hung and would only close half-way. This was a Sunday afternoon and were looking at the upcoming night with temperatures in the teens. Russ was on the job within about 2 hours of being called and quickly got the door securely closed. The original door installer was primarily a M-F 8-5 operation and not available. After checking out Precision's clean BBB report, I was comfortable in selecting Precision and was happy I did so.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday afternoon with both cars stuck inside. I found Precision Doors through a Google search and within an hour they were on the way. Service was great, very friendly guy. Did not try to up sell me anything as my garage door was working fine, just wanted normal maintenance to avoid any future problems. Had initial problem with car garage door opener not working after he left, but worked upon my return...strange but okay now.

Oh my goodness! What a wonderful surprise! I was on my way to a workout and could not get the garage door open. I have an appointment early tomorrow morning and was in a panic. Luke was the technician that came to my rescue. My garage door opener was not working properly and I wasn't able to park in my garage. I was very happy with the job that Luke did. The problem was actually the track that my door was on. It needed some adjusting. He got my door functioning properly. I am very pleased with his work.
