Overall experience was great. Tech that visited us was knowledgeable and helpful. Routine Maintenance was great. Proposed cost to replace rollers extremely high based on my research. I would have had them do that work is proposed cost wasn’t so high. Overall a good experience and would use them again for seasonal maintenance.

I need to set up the warranty for my new garage door opener. I called a month ago and tried to speak with the chat bot. The chat bot said I would receive an email to sign up for the warranty. I have yet to receive an email. It was also difficult to talk with the chat bot. Please have a real person contact me at 580-695-2865.

Steven was excellent, professional, and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and walked me through the details. Job was done quick and well. Upon further review though, the cost seems high. Parts alone for the job is around $400 and the total job was $1200. $800 for 2 hrs labor seems high despite the quality work.

Your technician Cody did a great job. Professional, kind and courteous. As for the AI that answers the phone...ditch it!! It gave me a price that was nothing but misleading not to mention it was creepy, so creepy and very impersonal. This is why you didn't get a 5 star review, the technician was 5 Stars!!

The technician was great. The initial price was totally unreasonable but after some discussion I accepted the price. There were some issues with the weatherstripping and it had to be manipulated a few times but I think it’ll be fine after some adjustments were made. Again, I can’t stress enough how awesome the actual installer was. The picture shows how the light was coming in around the door upon initial installation. I will post the after pictures soon.

I am giving precision a five star rating due to Justin price my technician. He was very respectful and knowledgeable and forthcoming on my issue at hand. I issue was a unsolvable problem at the present time, but just in was determined to make my door at least semi operational, so I could get my vehicle in and out of my garage without any kind of danger. He had promised me he would be back the following morning at 10 AM with all the parts needed to finish the job. And as promised, he was here at 10 o’clock ready to go to work took him only a little over an hour. To complete the job. Period. In my opinion you couldn’t ask for a better representative for your company. It has been a pleasure doing business with precision and would recommend precision for any kind of overhead door problems.
