Steven was excellent, professional, and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and walked me through the details. Job was done quick and well. Upon further review though, the cost seems high. Parts alone for the job is around $400 and the total job was $1200. $800 for 2 hrs labor seems high despite the quality work.

We didn’t get our repair done due to the prices. It was more than what we expected. Overall, it was easy to make an appointment. They were able to come out same day even on a Sunday to go over ver repairs and costs. Technician was polite and professional.

The experience was overall very good. An operator answered the phone on a Sunday morning and technician Jordan Greenspan was on the job just a couple of hrs. later, completing it with the help of Robert in two hrs. total. Both young men were courteous, pleasant and efficient workers. The door works great and with the new wheels is much quieter with smoother operation. Typically I would have called Norman Garage Door who I have used for many years but they don't work on Sundays. My only reservation is that I think the $1,769 parts, labor and service call charge was higher than what Norman Garage Door would have charged. Other than that I'm satisfied with the experience. My experience with Precision has varied depending on the technician. If I could give Robert from yesterday 10 stars, I would! The service a few weeks ago, not so much. I’ve used Precision 3 times now and 2 of those times the service has been top notch.

Very quick getting job done, worked on a Sunday which is the main reason I used Precision, needed to get fixed quickly. Russ was very professional & did a good, quick job. Only negative is that it was a little more expensive than I expected for new springs.
