Technicians were scheduled for 6-8pm and called 30 minutes later and offered to come right away. Pricing was VERY reasonable (over $150 less than I paid for ONE spring in 1/16 from another repair service) and they replaced both springs! I called Precision for a repair at about 10 a.m. Not only were they able to schedule a same-day service call, but their expedient work meant they were able to move the service up to a more convenient time for me. They worked quickly, and corrected the root cause of my problem rather than the symptoms alone. Payment with my credit card was handled immediately with a mobile device and e-mailed receipt.
