I have worked with the Precision Door previously to install a garage door opener and then perform Warranty service. The come in, inspect everything and give you a breakdown of what the problem is and the cost to repair. I just had the spring break unexpectedly and they came in with the same outstanding service and fixed it.

Had an amazing experience! They came out and diagnosed the issue and was able to get the garage door opener/spring/barrings installed same day in about 2 hours! Their customer service and going the extra mile is top notch! Jack was my tech and he was excellent! Explained how everything worked, did excellent work and cleaned up after. They have gained customers for life! Cant recommend Precision enough!

The service man is great. He was really knowledgeable and went to great issues to explain to me what the problem was and what I could expect to pay. However the lady on the phone not so much ….. she was either in a call service center or an answering service because she clearly did not know anything about garage doors or garage door issues. I gave the service man the five stars were rating the lady on the phone. It would’ve been a one star.

The woman I talked last night was very friendly and professional. The worker that came to do my repair was very friendly, professional , and did a great job. It was only because I was allowed to make payments on the repair that I was able to get it fixed ! Would definitely recommend.

Our Springs on our garage door broke and I called Precision to come out and repair. They came out the same day to repair the door. I had the springs, coils, rollers and motor replaced. Justin Price was the installer. He was very professional and courteous! He kept us in the loop the whole time he repaired the door. It only took him a couple of hours to replace everything. He even helped my wife program the app in her phone. Again, Great Job to Justin and Precision Doors!!

I’m so impressed with Precision Garage Door Service. They were on time and very professional. I bought two new GDO’s and couldn’t get either programmed. The salesman tried and also couldn’t program. Turns out I bought the wrong ones according to the color of the “learn” button. Couldn’t tel what color it was since the opener is 2007, it was very faded. They actually gave me a discount since I had already bought two brand new remotes. I’m so happy to have a working GDO again and will definitely call these guys when my opener retires! Thank you for your great service!
