I reached out to Precision for a quote on maintenance on my garage door. They gave me an appointment same day and promptly. Dom the technician arrived and Listened to my concerns and made some suggestions to fix the issue. He did not go try to over sell he just shared where there were issues with parts and explained what was still in good condition. He gave me a quote to fix and said he could do it same day if I was good with quote . One hour later I had a fixed garage door. Dom was professional and had impeccable customer service. Great company!

He also did a tune up for the spring and door. The new larger rollers reduced the noise of opening and closing the door and are better quality than those originally installed. I chose Precision Garage Door Company based on their reviews on Google. Normally I read reviews and use "wise judgment." I'm very glad I trusted my instincts in this case. The Techs that came to my house were both nice, knowledgeable, and patient. ( I ask alot of questions) I had a concern after my repair, and a different tech came back out first thing the next day to help me with it. It was a strange situation that neither of us had ever encountered before. He made a quick call, and within minutes my issue was resolved. Jordan was very pleasant, patient, and respectable.... even when I told him the crazy things I was experiencing with my garage door. Long story short... this will be the garage door company for all my future needs! And kudos to the owner for hiring such wonderful Techs!!
