The technician was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the repair and maintenance of my garage door. Precision Garage Door had replaced by garage door two years ago and I went with the upgraded hardware package, which included a longer warranty and better coverage. The warranty for this is fantastic and was included in my service call today at no charge. I have recommended Precision to several of my neighbors that have also replaced their garage doors. I had a problem with bad sensors. The old wiring job looked awful. They cleaned up the old wiring and put new sensors in. I was bummed out because the house is new. I am very happy with the job they did. I would recommend this company. Good job guys everything works great and it looks nice.

This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I made my appointment on line for today which was SUNDAY between 12-4. The technician called and said he would be there in 40 minutes. He was on time and in the window I had selected. His name was Tanner and could not have been for informative and extremely professional. He gave me my options for possible repair and never pressured me to by a new. Since my opener was 26 years old I decided to replace. Told me the total price upfront and I was pleased. This was the main 2 car door. I also asked him to look at the third door because it was not running smoothly. He installed the new motor and fixed the third door. Greased all hinges and rails fittings and gave me a new3 can of LUBE for me to use twice a year. Finally went through the entire operation setting up all remotes and outside key pad. Cannot see why anyone would use someone other than Precision. Ask for Tanner if you can although I would suspect all their employees are trained for good customer service.
