I picked this business because they have 24 hour service. My garage door did not open all of the way when I was backing my car up and I bent the door and broke the rail.After talking to them on the phone I knew that I had called the right place. I had them come out the next morning and they provided me with multiple choices (replacing the panel and rail, fixing it so I could manually use it, securing it immediately for safety and then replacing the door. I have decided to replace the door (which will happen in 2 days). The gentleman that came out was the owner and I felt confident in his experience and expertise. I would recommend this company if you want quality and speedy service as well as peace of mind. Thank you Precision!!!!

I had an appointment window for 10-12 today. I received a phone call from Paul at 9:35 letting me know that he was on the way. He arrived at 9:58! He was friendly, thorough and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell my products and services that I didn’t need.
