My two year old garage door remotes had dropped off the network and I was having a real difficult time reprogramming them (Even, the wall remote wasn’t working). Precision Door OKC had dispatched Dominique R. as our technician. Dom was friendly, courteous, and professional. Without issue, he was able to reprogram both of my remotes and the installed wall button. He had noticed that the chain had been dragging alongside the track and tightened that up as well. All in all, it was a quick and affordable fix. I highly recommend precision door for all your garage door remote needs.

Jack Walker was the technician that came and worked on my garage door, giving it almost a complete overhaul repair job! He was wonderful. He is kind and considerate and explains everything step-by-step in the initial assessment of what the door needed. He performed all of the repairs magnificently and my door is in tiptop shape now and guaranteed for five years. They came out on a Sunday within an hour of me calling And I was not charged anything for it being after hours on a Sunday a service call or anything. everything is very upfront and you have the choice of what you want to have fixed or don’t want to have fixed if it is not necessary. Jack is definitely an asset for precision as a technician as he knows what he’s doing gets right to it and gets the job done in an excellent manner!

Teagan Cluff did a great job when he came out to install new garage door motors and a new keypad for entry. He is very personable and has a good way about him which makes it a pleasure for him to come out to do work for us.

We had an excellent experience working with Jack and Byron at Precision Garage Door. They were quick, efficient and thorough in their work. Jack arrived to our home within 30-40 minutes of our call to assist with a garage door spring breaking. He followed up with Byron who arrived shortly after. Both employees provided excellent service and information so we could make an informed decision. Thank you, Jack & Byron & Precision Garage Door.
