Dominique did an excellent job changing two springs that actually failed at the same time.. Timely, all the parts on the truck, installation looks great. Job was done fast and professionally However I requested an invoice for work done and have yet to receive it I like to hold invoices for work completed so I can refer back lest something goes wrong within warranty timeframe I received two requests for review but, no detail of work paid for I don’t like that

I am giving precision a five star rating due to Justin price my technician. He was very respectful and knowledgeable and forthcoming on my issue at hand. I issue was a unsolvable problem at the present time, but just in was determined to make my door at least semi operational, so I could get my vehicle in and out of my garage without any kind of danger. He had promised me he would be back the following morning at 10 AM with all the parts needed to finish the job. And as promised, he was here at 10 o’clock ready to go to work took him only a little over an hour. To complete the job. Period. In my opinion you couldn’t ask for a better representative for your company. It has been a pleasure doing business with precision and would recommend precision for any kind of overhead door problems.

I had my garage door open half way to keep it cooler. I needed to quickly run an errand before heading to a medical appointment. I jumped in the car and backed out hitting the door with the roof of my car., forgetting it was not open all the way. I immediately called Precision whom I had used for repairs several times.
