My two year old garage door remotes had dropped off the network and I was having a real difficult time reprogramming them (Even, the wall remote wasn’t working). Precision Door OKC had dispatched Dominique R. as our technician. Dom was friendly, courteous, and professional. Without issue, he was able to reprogram both of my remotes and the installed wall button. He had noticed that the chain had been dragging alongside the track and tightened that up as well. All in all, it was a quick and affordable fix. I highly recommend precision door for all your garage door remote needs.

He was on time and greeted me with enthusiasm and professionalism. He explained what he was going to accomplish step by step. Once he began taking down the old opener he was thorough and ensured that I was able to ask questions if needed. He had everything down and up in about an hour and a half or so. He went through each area and fully explained how each component operated and invited me to ask more questions if I didn’t fully understand.
