Another employee had to come and help. My technician was very quick to come earlier than expected in his scheduled time. Upon his assessment and need for another technician to assist, which was there in about 10 or 15 minutes. The best teamwork and I got my garage door back in great working order. The best. Very friendly and stayed focused on their job and my safety. Being disabled they moved things as needed.

Their technician, Jesse, was prompt, friendly, and professional. We considered replacing the door vs repairing it, but after inspecting it, he told us it was in good condition and once repaired, should be just fine. His honesty saved us from spending a lot more than we needed to. After a few hours of work, the old door was operating more smoothly and quietly than it has since we bought the home seven years ago! And we have a seven year warranty on all parts and labor. Wow!

Car was accidentally driven into garage door. Minimal damage but some twisted hardware. Had used precision before for a broken spring so called them again. Surprisingly they were able to get out the same day. Technician was very articulate and attentive to the smallest of detail ( as some damage was hardly visible. Door looks good and operates excellent
