After he was finished, he showed me everything that he had done and explained the maintenance that I need for it. He also checked to see if our cars had a built-in garage door opener system. He made sure that I did not have any questions.

Miguel arrived at exactly the beginning of the time window I was given. He took his time to diagnose the problem, explain it to me plainly and give me options to choose from for repairs. As the repairs were about done, my garage door opener itself failed catastrophically. He quickly let me know again what my options were, never pushing me to the most expensive one. What began as a repair wound up being what turned out to be a near full system replacement that was probably about 5 or 10 years overdue!

Time to upgrade to a new garage door opener. Took advantage of Precision garage door June special, free roller upgrade with new opener. Easy to schedule appointment time, convenient for my schedule. Technician Miguel provided EXCELLENT Information, regarding my choice of garage door openers. The new opener and rollers are EXTREMELY smooth as well as VERY quiet. We’re very pleased with the product as well as the service Precision Door provided Five stars.

Our service technician was excellent. He sent a text to let us know that he was in route. He then arrived promptly and began work right away. We were made aware of the work we needed to have completed and he got to work expeditiously. He was extremely polite and he worked very carefully to ensure we were satisfied. I chose Precision because their service is impeccable. From the phone call for service to the technician coming out is a very positive experience. A bolt had fallen out of my opener and had landed on top of my car forcing my door to not close. I didn't know about the bolt until technician made me aware. I thought door not closing was possibly cold weather related. Technician had my door fixed in only a few and no cost because opener is still under warranty and less that a year old. Great job, Miguel! Hope I remember your name right.

Called and told me when he would get to the house and that is exactly what time he got there. Told him what I wanted done. Did it with out trying to get me to do some sort of inspection like the last group I had out and made me pay for that and the. Did not fix my problem. Precision did what I asked and pretty quick. Very pleased.
