Did it with out trying to get me to do some sort of inspection like the last group I had out and made me pay for that and the. Did not fix my problem. Precision did what I asked and pretty quick. After he was finished, he showed me everything that he had done and explained the maintenance that I need for it. He also checked to see if our cars had a built-in garage door opener system. Miguel arrived at exactly the beginning of the time window I was given. He took his time to diagnose the problem, explain it to me plainly and give me options to choose from for repairs. As the repairs were about done, my garage door opener itself failed catastrophically. He quickly let me know again what my options were, never pushing me to the most expensive one. What began as a repair wound up being what turned out to be a near full system replacement that was probably about 5 or 10 years overdue!

I chose Precision because their service is impeccable. From the phone call for service to the technician coming out is a very positive experience. A bolt had fallen out of my opener and had landed on top of my car forcing my door to not close. I didn't know about the bolt until technician made me aware. I thought door not closing was possibly cold weather related. Technician had my door fixed in only a few and no cost because opener is still under warranty and less that a year old. Great job, Miguel! Hope I remember your name right.
