Miguel was a very informed courteous and pleasant young man. We actually contacted your company as a result of your TV ad” skilled technicians and stock all parts on the truck Appointment kept as promised, not only was our problem solved but ended up purchasing two openers and with no delay to order parts or to run to shop. Definitely a 5 Star experience for service as well as our technician

I chose Precision because their service is impeccable. From the phone call for service to the technician coming out is a very positive experience. A bolt had fallen out of my opener and had landed on top of my car forcing my door to not close. I didn't know about the bolt until technician made me aware. I thought door not closing was possibly cold weather related. Technician had my door fixed in only a few and no cost because opener is still under warranty and less that a year old. Great job, Miguel! Hope I remember your name right.

I purchased my garage door from Precision because of their professionalism. So, when the garage door motor died I called them back. When they arrived, they demonstrate the same professionalism and courtesy that made me choose them in the beginning. Thank you
