I have nothing but great things to say about precision overhead garage door. They are professional, they know what their past service has been to you, and they’re on time. I dealt with Dominique Ramos this time and he was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything in great detail,gave me an approximate time the work was gonna take and then walk me through everything when he was finished. Terrific young man and I will probably ask for him by name if I ever need additional service.

Zachary our technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Our door broke on Sunday and Zachary arrived in less than 2 hours and had it repaired in less than 1. I would highly recommend this company, especially Zachary!

Of course, our garage door broke on a Sunday, fortunately I contacted Precision. Zachary was our technician. He was here in less than two hours and completed the job in an hour. Zachary was very professional and knowledgeable. He weighed out all the issues as to what needed repair today and what we might look for in the future. A very impressive young man. I highly recommend your company!

Teagan Cluff came out to my Mom's house and at first was suppost to do a small repair, but he did a very thorough inspection of the garage door. He gave my mom three options, in which he informed us that the first option would only be a quick fix, but later it would have to be completely serviced. Second option was just to fix the garage door opener and replace the bad pieces now and the third option would be to completely replace the motor and bad parts. Due to is perfect explanation of what could happen into the future and the cost if my mom waited. My mom went with the third option. I know that 5 stars are the highest rating possible, but the way that Teagan performed at my mom's house there should be a 10 star rating for a technician of his professionalism, respect and courtesy.

The tech was prompt and personable. But, this company is WAY OVERPRICED. They take advantage of their customers and price gouge them. When a company charges prices this high, they come across as not being an honest and reputable company. In doing additional research on them after the fact, they have a reputation for being extremely overpriced. They have lost our trust and our business. HIGHLY do NOT recommend based solely on price.

They were the 3rd company I called , the first to respond. They were friendly and respectful. The sales rep explained options, quoted and scheduled the installed; all in one visit. The installers did a fantastic job. They knew what they were doing and were quick and proficient.

The technician Jack was arrived very quickly. This company is 4X higher than the average, the parts for a set of sensors that is $40 through liftmaster is $300 with them. They did do good quality of work but the price they charge for said work is the most expensive vendor out there. I would not bother even calling them for a quote unless you were like me and desperate. So because of the price gouge only gave 1 star
