I used Precision Garage Door in 2019 and was extremely happy with their service. When I had recent garage door issues I contacted them again for service. Lewis Phan, their Residential Technician Came to my home and gave me a good estimate of the recommended repair work. Lewis was professional, polite, and efficient in completing the necessary repair work. I will continue to use Precision Door Service in the future. And I highly recommend them for garage door service.

Lewis Phan was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful in helping us with our remote problem. We found out that our 1991 Chamberlain model is too old to program a newer remote but we told him he will be the one we call when we replace it!

Starting with Byron who was our salesperson who seemed to know what we wanted before we knew what we wanted. He was amazing and an excellent salesman. The installation guys, Jordon and his helper, were outstanding. For lack of a better word, their work here was perfect. The doors look great and the install was flawless. I have never hired a company who was on top of there game like this company was. We got better doors than we thought we could afford, for cheaper than we thought we would pay. We bought 3 garage doors that I thought we would pay over 10K and we paid less than 8K. It was a great deal and we could not be happier. I highly recommend this company. Had a spring break on our garage door, was recommended precision door from my father in law. Our tech was Stanley and he let me know when to expect him which was nice. I was at work so my wife was at home and he called me and went over the costs for the springs and what he found on his inspection, he recommended a few things and went over all the pricing with us. After he completed the job he showed my wife what was done and why he did the repair and showed her what to look for in the future in case we have issues again. Def happy with the service and Stanley definitely knew what he was doing! Stanley recommended the bearings probably needed to be replaced then after further inspection he was correct. He replaced the spring and both bearings. Fast and friendly, he even said if we have any issues in the future we can reach him directly. 10/10!

Stanley was great! We had a broken spring and I was at work so he called me and went over everything with my wife at home and me on the phone. He recommended what was needed to be done and gave us options, he showed my wife what was wrong and why he was making those recommendations also. Once the job was completed he showed my wife what was fixed and the difference those repairs made, while also showing her what to look at for future needed repairs. Definitely recommend this place!

Scheduled an appointment. Got confirmation it would happen. Got another email in the morning. No one showed up. Call up there and fight with a god awful AI and finally get through to a human after it repeatedly said the offices were closed. Customer service rep said that my appointment had been canceled and moved to a day that I never agreed on. Took time off work for this and completely disappointed with the entire process. Don’t bother with this crap.
