These guys were great. Technician came out the same day I called. No upfront charge to come out. He immediately identified the problem and fixed it. Our sensors were having trouble with direct sunlight. Garage worked fine in the shade and the dark but would alert and refuse to close during peak daylight. It was obviously a sensor problem. We called Discount Garage Door who charged my wife $700 to do who knows what, but didn’t do anything with the sensors. Didn’t fix the problem. Next time he came out, he said we need a whole new garage door for $1500. Again, door worked fine, except in peak daylight. Precision technician came out and said there are new sensors which can overcome the daylight interference, installed these for $300 and everything works great.

Cody arrived promptly on Sunday as we could not open the garage door. He spent about 3 hours doing the repairs and had all the parts on his truck. He was most professional and exacting in his work making sure to fine tune all components.

We called Precision Garage Door Service since we have seen your commercials, and your BBB listing has a good rating. We quickly received a call back from our service rep, Teagan Cluff, that he would be arriving within 30 minutes. From the time he arrived, he was friendly and professional and worked through what was needed to repair our double-sized garage door. He offered part replacements and gave maintenance timelines which was helpful. He had our door working in no time and we will call PGS for our future needs.
