Every time I have called for service, I was able to receive an appointment for the same day. This morning was no different, after the garage door stubbornly refused to go down! Turns out I now need a new motor, which I have to budget for, but Zachary the technician was very nice, and extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue and walking me through all the options available to me. It's nice to deal with a nice and understanding person when calling for and/or dealing with repairs, and Precision Technicians have always been beyond nice when dealing with this frustrated and busy home owner. The person who answered the call this morning also was perfect. Very hard these days to receive exceptional customer service, so I wanted to share this experience with anyone who is wondering if Precision Garage is worth a call; They Are!

Nightmare! my garage door openers were making squeaking noises. I called "Precision" and told them I needed lubrication for my doors. Man came out and said it would be $300 to spray the rollers ect. I said no, he finally said $100. When I went back out there he was spraying the west door and said it would be $149. I said we had a deal for $100. He stopped spraying and anglily said "no charge". I had the $100 in my hand so I will call someone else to lubricate the east door. They have a note on the web site "$0 service fee" ...Watch out!

I dealt with Dominique Ramos this time and he was a pleasure to work with. Of course, our garage door broke on a Sunday, fortunately I contacted Precision. Zachary was our technician. He was here in less than two hours and completed the job in an hour. Zachary was very professional and knowledgeable. He weighed out all the issues as to what needed repair today and what we might look for in the future. A very impressive young man. Teagan Cluff came out to my Mom's house and at first was suppost to do a small repair, but he did a very thorough inspection of the garage door. He gave my mom three options, in which he informed us that the first option would only be a quick fix, but later it would have to be completely serviced. Second option was just to fix the garage door opener and replace the bad pieces now and the third option would be to completely replace the motor and bad parts. Due to is perfect explanation of what could happen into the future and the cost if my mom waited. My mom went with the third option. I know that 5 stars are the highest rating possible, but the way that Teagan performed at my mom's house there should be a 10 star rating for a technician of his professionalism, respect and courtesy.

The tech was prompt and personable. But, this company is WAY OVERPRICED. They take advantage of their customers and price gouge them. When a company charges prices this high, they come across as not being an honest and reputable company. In doing additional research on them after the fact, they have a reputation for being extremely overpriced. They have lost our trust and our business. HIGHLY do NOT recommend based solely on price.
