Our tech Zack was really friendly, courteous and fast! We had a spring break over tonight and they were here same day we made the appointment and in a Saturday at that. Zach got our springs replaced but we will definitely be using Precision again when we upgrade our entire garage door system. Communication and price is great. Thank you!

Super expensive and even though they say they are like campers, they leave it cleaner than they found it, they left a bunch of grease on the garage floor for us to track inside. Do not recommend.

My sister & brother in law used Precision when they had to replace their garage door and had nothing but excellent things to say about their experience. After the spring on my door broke the other night I got on Precision’s website & set up my appt for the next day. Dom came out & reviewed the problem. He gave me several options to consider and was very courteous. He was able to fix the problem in record time. I would highly recommend Dom & Precision Door-the experience was exceptional!! They will be my go to from now on!

Needed to replace our 18 year old lifter and belt which had started to deteriorate. Scheduling the appointment was simple and Teagan arrived on time, got us a quote for the parts needed, and was able to get the work done quickly and done well. New lifter and belt has been working great for the last couple months since the install.

I called Precision after backing into my garage door. I received a same day appointment snd the technician, Corey, arrived promptly and assessed the situation. He showed me parts that had been damaged that were not initially visable and presented 2 options to repair the damage. He did not pressure me to choose one over the other. He made repairs, showed me what he had done and made sure the door was functioning smoothly. Corey was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with .

I had my garage door open half way to keep it cooler. I needed to quickly run an errand before heading to a medical appointment. I jumped in the car and backed out hitting the door with the roof of my car., forgetting it was not open all the way. I immediately called Precision whom I had used for repairs several times. Dominique arrived and quickly figured how to repair and reinforce the somewhat mangled looking door. I am certain that a less experienced technician would have necessitated a new door. I highly recommend Dominique and Precision!!

Service was great. Price was not. Nearly 400$ to service 2 working garage doors was ridiculous. No parts, just oil. Get a quote before using them. I have used them before, but never again.Their website shows all5 star reviews.we’re are the non 5 star reviews?

Teagan came to our house to see why the door would not lift up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and checked out every component of our garage door system. He showed me the options of how to get the problem fixed, and showed me what parts are still in working order. Once I made a decision, he quickly resolved the problem. He was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. I feel very satisfied with the work I received.

Tre Nunley was the guy who serviced my garage door today and he was so thorough. He explained everything and showed me the areas needing the work. Tre also helped me with the MyQ app to use with my garage door. That was simply an "extra nice" thing he did for me.

Had to get garage door repaired but instead of a Repair decided to get a new door which was needed. They came in and replaced the door, took away the old door cleaned up all the debris and I am very happy with the results.

The young lady who answered the phone was so incredibly sweet and worked it out to get someone to me quickly. The technician who came out was also very friendly. However, he told me I needed to replace my entire lift system and quoted me a price that was over $5000. When I said I couldn’t afford that right now he told me we could just replace certain parts and it will lower the price. That price was still well over $2000. I told him I wanted to get a quote from other companies and he said he could replace just the spring so I could at least get out of my garage for now. So he did that and I felt it was still extremely high but I had to be able to get my car out. I called another company and they would have replaced the spring for $750 less. The entire lift system that I was told that needed to be replace for over $5000 they would have done for $895. But turned out I didn’t need it anyway. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me because I told them my husband had just passed away. Their employees are very nice but I would not recommend using them until you get quotes from other reputable companies.
