Car was accidentally driven into garage door. Minimal damage but some twisted hardware. Had used precision before for a broken spring so called them again. Surprisingly they were able to get out the same day. Technician was very articulate and attentive to the smallest of detail ( as some damage was hardly visible. Door looks good and operates excellent

Technician replaced my garage door spring. Work was performed very thorough and efficient. Technician was extremely helpful and informative for future preventative maintenance. I had received cheaper estimates but was happy to pay a little extra for someone to come out and perform the work at 8pm on a Saturday night. I definitely recommend this company.

Old opener bit the dust. Called and 3 hours later had technician Jack at our home. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I purchased a new garage door opener and outside keypad. It was installed in less than 2 hours. You can purchase a new one and install yourself cheaper, but if you can't, Prevision prices seemed fair. I will recommend to a friend if asked and use them again if I have a need.
