Today my car was held hostage after the 20 year old spring snapped in two. After another company left me hanging, I called Precision. Within an hour and a half Jesse Warren and Jesse his colleague showed up, assessed the situation then got to work. Within 40 minutes they replaced spring and bearings. They also advised me of other parts that may require replacing so I can replace at my convenience. Thorough and professional!!!

Car was accidentally driven into garage door. Minimal damage but some twisted hardware. Had used precision before for a broken spring so called them again. Surprisingly they were able to get out the same day. Technician was very articulate and attentive to the smallest of detail ( as some damage was hardly visible. Door looks good and operates excellent
