Garage Door Repair in Oklahoma City - Page 22

Robert Coffey

Nightmare! my garage door openers were making squeaking noises. I called "Precision" and told them I needed lubrication for my doors. Man came out and said it would be $300 to spray the rollers ect. I said no, he finally said $100. When I went back out there he was spraying the west door and said it would be $149. I said we had a deal for $100. He stopped spraying and anglily said "no charge". I had the $100 in my hand so I will call someone else to lubricate the east door. They have a note on the web site "$0 service fee" ...Watch out!

I have nothing but great things to say about precision overhead garage door. They are professional, they know what their past service has been to you, and they’re on time. I dealt with Dominique Ramos this time and he was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything in great detail, gave me an approximate time the work was gonna take and then walk me through everything when he was finished. Terrific young man and I will probably ask for him by name if I ever need additional service.

Teagan Cluff came out to my Mom's house and at first was suppost to do a small repair, but he did a very thorough inspection of the garage door. He gave my mom three options, in which he informed us that the first option would only be a quick fix, but later it would have to be completely serviced. Second option was just to fix the garage door opener and replace the bad pieces now and the third option would be to completely replace the motor and bad parts. Due to is perfect explanation of what could happen into the future and the cost if my mom waited. My mom went with the third option. I know that 5 stars are the highest rating possible, but the way that Teagan performed at my mom's house there should be a 10 star rating for a technician of his professionalism, respect and courtesy.

Carrie Johnson

Teagon showed real compassion for my situation. Also assured me he could fix and he did.

Teagan Cluff did an outstanding job servicing my garage! He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. Teagan took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right the first time. His attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work like he does. I highly recommend Teagan for anyone needing garage service he’s definitely one of the best technicians I’ve worked with! I will try my best to request for Teagan Cluff again on future door issues.

Lisa Tomas

The tech was prompt and personable. But, this company is WAY OVERPRICED. They take advantage of their customers and price gouge them. When a company charges prices this high, they come across as not being an honest and reputable company. In doing additional research on them after the fact, they have a reputation for being extremely overpriced. They have lost our trust and our business. HIGHLY do NOT recommend based solely on price.

Kris Pruner

Our technician, Teagan Cluff, was very nice and a hard worker.. They responded within 2 hours and had everything on the truck to do the job. Excellent rating.. Thanks..

Jason Shilling

They were the 3rd company I called , the first to respond. They were friendly and respectful. The sales rep explained options, quoted and scheduled the installed; all in one visit. The installers did a fantastic job. They knew what they were doing and were quick and proficient.

The technician Jack was arrived very quickly. This company is 4X higher than the average, the parts for a set of sensors that is $40 through liftmaster is $300 with them. They did do good quality of work but the price they charge for said work is the most expensive vendor out there. I would not bother even calling them for a quote unless you were like me and desperate. So because of the price gouge only gave 1 star
