A very wonderful, knowledgeable, Honest, professional and respectful experience. Not only did they come out and fix the original problem but they notice some safety concerns that could potentially cause harm. Honest and transparent with pricing and offered me options with a payment plan. But what warmed my heart the most was that I was cooking my family Christmas dinner and had lots of family over to celebrate, and I offered the two technicians a 2-go plate and they gratefully accepted not only with open arms but the Biggest Smiles and gratitude you could imagine.

I call they came, just like there advertisement said. Since I had a custom door, it will take time to get the panel that matches the exterior of my house. I was ashored of quality of work to be done.

Paris was friendly and efficient. He installed a new door opener in no time and made sure that all tracks and hinges were properly lubricanted. It was Sunday night and he had everything he needed on his van so I was up and running without having to wait for a second visit. Great service!

Technician was not knowledgeable about the malfunctioning garage door and attempted no troubleshooting. I was given several explanations which made little sense or were easily debunked. I would've happily paid for a complete repair, but instead I was charged an exorbitant rate for the least amount of repair which will allow my garage door to limp along until the next issue occurs. When it does, I certainly will not be returning.

The men and women at Precision Garage Door of OKC are amazing people who provide the highest quality of work. They are organized, usually same day appointment if you call in the a.m., and take pride in their work. Precision Door of OKC has been my go to for garage doors and maintenance for past 5 years and still to this day do everything they can to help a family out.

Paul the serviceman that came out to replace rollers on our garage door. He was great. He tightened up the big spring also. He explained everything he was going to do and showed us the new rollers he put on. He was very friendly, a great personality, very knowledgeable about the products he sold. I would definitely use him again.
