A very wonderful, knowledgeable, Honest, professional and respectful experience. Not only did they come out and fix the original problem but they notice some safety concerns that could potentially cause harm. Honest and transparent with pricing and offered me options with a payment plan. Technician was not knowledgeable about the malfunctioning garage door and attempted no troubleshooting. I was given several explanations which made little sense or were easily debunked. I would've happily paid for a complete repair, but instead I was charged an exorbitant rate for the least amount of repair which will allow my garage door to limp along until the next issue occurs. When it does, I certainly will not be returning.
