After another garage door company stood me up on a couple of appointments, I chose Precision Door after their price quote on an Amarr door was competitive. They met me at my house exactly when the appt. was set and communicated with me via email through the entire process. Once the old door was removed and replaced with my custom door, we noticed it wasn't exactly what I ordered as the top panel was wrong due to the manufacturer's mistake - not Precision Door's. Russ and his staff made it right and had Amarr send the right one and they came back out and replaced it again. Russ and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and most of allâ?¦they want you to be happy. I appreciated the extra effort it took to get it right. The door looks great. Thank you!

Found this company from an insert in a mailer. They were easy to schedule with, there on time and professional in every way. Russ was great to work with. Initial call, Russ discovered my problem was more extensive that just the door opener. The garage door assembly had gone out and my door opener had been doing the heavy lifting for sometime. Russ provided me with the 3 options to fix my problem. I chose to get a new door and opener verses having a repaired door and new opener. Final call,Russ and Luke completed the project in about 3 hours. They were courteous and answered my questions. No trash was left behind. Very professional in performing their job. On a scale of 1 to 10 we give them a 10. I called them at 9 pm and by 9 am my door was getting fixed. We had a complete garage overhaul. Russ did the labor and explained everything before and after. Yes, we will use them again

Primary spring busted during the night with both cars inside. Was stranded by the failure. Problem happened on a Saturday night, so I was apprehensive about getting it fixed on Sunday. Precision was immediately available, instant response, technician arrived within an hour, did complete assessment of the problem, offered two levels of service. After selecting the complete rebuild, the job was immediately addressed and within several hours, my garage door was operating better than new, with components rated better than original. Couldn't be done better. Turns out the, technician was the owner of the company.
