Having used Precision Garage Door Service before, I knew to expect quality customer service and a prompt arrival. The technician, Jordan, was very receptive in trying to understand the issue, and after giving him a detailed description, he immediately jumped into action. While I had suspected what the issue was, Jordan was very informative about all of the particular components that could cause the issue. He took the time to answer my questions and wanted to make sure that the issue was addressed to my satisfaction. He also reiterated several times that Precision’s dedication is to quality customer service and that if I had questions I could always reach out. So far, the issue appears to be resolved, and I suspect it will continue to stay that way given the attention and level of detail provided by Jordan/Precision. They have been a trustworthy and consistent garage door company for me, and they will continue to stay that way. Very pleased!

I reached out to Precision for a quote on maintenance on my garage door. They gave me an appointment same day and promptly. Dom the technician arrived and Listened to my concerns and made some suggestions to fix the issue. He did not go try to over sell he just shared where there were issues with parts and explained what was still in good condition. He gave me a quote to fix and said he could do it same day if I was good with quote . One hour later I had a fixed garage door. Dom was professional and had impeccable customer service. Great company!

I had a problem with my garage door last Sunday morning due to a power outage. I called service and the company sent a professional out within 2 hours. His name was Stanley Mclntosh. He was very kind and explained to me what was causing the problem. So I learned how to maintain and use my garage door. He fixed the problem. And checked it again several times. I didn't have to pay for it. It was covered under warranty. I didn't know it was covered under warranty but he guided me to the best option. He was very kind to me.
