I picked Precision Garage based on their on line ratings and reviews. I was in a bind and the other company I had dealt with in the past was closed that day because it was Columbus Day. The spring on my overhead door broke and I couldn’t get my wife’s car out of the garage. Phillip was here by 10:00 the same morning and helped me get the door opened and get the car out. He inspected my door and showed me a vertical crack in the middle door that ran from top to bottom that was putting the door in a bind and causing it to be very hard for the door to be hard to lift and the extra strain caused the spring to break. Phillip was very knowledgeable about the doors and was very friendly and professional explaining everything to me. I bought a new door, opener and keypad from Precision and in was installed two days later. They did a great job installing the door in a quality manner. Both Phillip and the gentleman working with him were very friendly and cordial! I would highly recommend Precision Door without reservation to anyone who has garage doo needs.

Our appointment time was 4-6pm and the tech called and said he was on his way before 4 pm. I was glad because I really do not like waiting around. However, I had other things going on this day too, but it was a pleasant surprise. All I needed was the keypad reprogramed but still!

First of all your employe jack was nice enough to call us and let us know he was on his way and give us a ETA, although we don’t answer calls from strange numbers, he was nice to leve me a message and let me know.. while he was in our home he took the time to inspect everything and let me/us know what the problem was, and told me how much time it would take to repair it BINGO! Give this man a raise!! Not many workers out there that will do this.. thank you Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for a fair price, we are happy again.. ~Tim K.~

I had an after hours issue with our garage door trapping my car inside. I called and had a technician sent out within an hour. Our technician, Lee, did a great job for us! He went through the inspection of our door. He is super knowledgeable. Lee fixed and replaced everything as promised for a very reasonable price. Our garage door is the quietest it has ever been! We are very pleased. We will definitely use them again for any of our garage door needs, though I think our garage door troubles are gone for good! ;-)

I called out another company first and they came out the next day without the parts to fix my door. It took me 3 days of calling and calling to just have someone come out but nothing happend. Called again on the 4th day to just hear I should just call another company! So I called percussion and they told me they were booked up made a appointment for the following Monday. I received a call back from them the same day and they had heard my conversation on how bad my experience was with the other company and said they would have someone right out. I thought to myself here we go again. Not to long after the phone call there was a knock on the door and the Tech had my new door fixed in no time and was very pleasant and detail orriented. This company knows about custermer satisfaction!! Now it's time for a new garage door! I will dial the same number!!

I would highly recommend Precision for garage door service/repair. I had a broken spring on saturday. Got a scheduled appt for quote on monday at 8. Lee was the technician, and he was great! Gave a very thorough exam of all the system, gave me his evaluation and three different quote levels, so budget wise they were very accommodating. Considering the age of my house I choose the full mechanism replacement due to there being other elements fatigued and likely to go. Lee was fast and efficient with job, a pleasure to work with. Through the entire process the company was polite, understanding on budget, and I can't stress how great Lee was! Can't recommend the company enough!
