Lee was great. Precision door service is awesome. Let me tell you I didn't know what I was going to do about my garage door my husband and I took it completely apart then we didn't know what to do. So I had to go to sleep without my garage door on. Anyone could of came in. The next day I called precision garage door service. They set me up an appointment to come out and look at it the same day within a couple of hours Lee shows up and he save the day. He was very quick on fixing it plus very professional. He is the best. I would strongly suggest using Precision garage door service for all your garage door services. They are quick and the cost really isn't bad. They saved my life. I give Lee and the company a A+ for sure. Thanks Lee.

Great experience! Broken lift spring discovered at 3:30 PM on a Friday afternoon. Problem fixed with a conversion from one spring to two springs by Philip at 6:30 PM that evening. Keep in mind that this is a Friday evening when almost nobody else is working. Philip was knowledgeable, fast, efficient in solving my problem. The price was very reasonable. I will call Precision for all my future garage door needs.

My family and I genuily appreciated your service from beginning to end. I called on a Friday night at 7PM and you had a technician out by 8:30AM on Saturday. We appreciated how fast you were able to get out considering our garage door would not shut. Lee was the technician that came out. He was amazing! He helped us understand what had happened to our garage. It was what we felt like a terrible situation and he made us feel like this was no big deal and we would be taken care of. Reached a real person at 5:03 AM on Monday! Tech scheduled for 10 - 12:00 AM that day - he arrived @ 10:20 (with a call letting me know he was on his way). Very professional - got the broken spring replaced and the door was up and ready to go within 45 minutes. Super service. Very glad I chose them and am recommending to any who ask.
