Jack was very thorough and explained everything in great detail, from pricing to warranty to operation. I will put Precision in my vendor file for future needs and will tell my friend. The senior discount and waiver of the service call fee were appreciated.

Reached a real person at 5:03 AM on Monday! Tech scheduled for 10 - 12:00 AM that day - he arrived @ 10:20 (with a call letting me know he was on his way). Very professional - got the broken spring replaced and the door was up and ready to go within 45 minutes. Super service. Very glad I chose them and am recommending to any who ask.

The installers came early and finished very quickly. The installer went over everything about my new door and opener. He was very patient. My new door and opener are just beautiful. The opener is so quiet compared to my old one. The service from the first phone call to the finished install was awesome.

The team at precision garage was very professional. i appreciated the on time arrival and completion of the work. having repair work is often very frustrating as many do not hold up their end of the deal. This was not the case with precision. The scheduling was prompt, the work was on time and within the amount discussed and the repair team was professional and very tidy with their work. I have used Precision several times through the years. Not only will they come out and perform the work the same day even on weekends and holidays, they do a great job on top of it. Great service and experience every time. Appointment confirmations and receipts are emailed, which is reassuring. The representative always calls before coming out to let you know when they will be there. I never consider calling anyone else when something goes wrong. It is good to know I can count on Precision to fix my issue.
Thank you very much. We are glad we can help with your garage door problems.
