I have used Precision several times through the years. Not only will they come out and perform the work the same day even on weekends and holidays, they do a great job on top of it. Great service and experience every time. Appointment confirmations and receipts are emailed, which is reassuring. The representative always calls before coming out to let you know when they will be there. I never consider calling anyone else when something goes wrong. It is good to know I can count on Precision to fix my issue.

We had lost our remote (it had possibly been stolen) and were in a real hurry to get new remotes and our opener rekeyed. The guys came out, did an inspection and told us the opener had been installed wrong. It was a cost that we didn't expect but would have led to a bigger cost had Precision not found it for us. I will recommend this company to any of my friends in the future.

One of our two garage doors was damaged when the wind from a small tornado sheered in two a 8-10 inch tree, and then hurled it into our garage door. Needless to say, there was some damage to the door. Mr. Russ Pyle personally inspected both doors, and determined the doors to be functionally in good working order, needing no service at all. When the time comes to replace the doors, I will be calling Russ. His knowledge, friendliness, and desire to build a long-term relationship left me very impressed. If you need new garage doors or service on your existing doors, you will be well served by contacting Precision Overhead Garage Doors.

Janet helped me determine the opener which fit my needs as I wanted to use MyQ. Jack and Phil did a great job installing the opener today. Jack programmed both of the door openers for easy use between the two doors. I have set up both doors to use the MY Q wi-fi application. It is a wonderful tool to use with our Lift Master garage door openers.

Technicians were scheduled for 6-8pm and called 30 minutes later and offered to come right away. Pricing was VERY reasonable (over $150 less than I paid for ONE spring in 1/16 from another repair service) and they replaced both springs! Very pleased and I will recommend them to anyone that needs help!
