Although our problem was VERY MINOR, you techs arrived on tine,very professional and courteous..it wad our second time dealing with precision,and will recommend.I do think though that when seniors have a very minor issue, like flipping a switch,the charge should be a maximum of $25. We paid the 49.95 service call,but the resolution took 5 minutes. We are on fixed income.

Cycle tension spring snapped this morning, thus rendering our garage door inoperable and incapable of being opened manually. Called Precision Door OKC & explained how important it is that we fix this problem soon...since my wife and I could not get our cars in our out. They were able to accommodate my last minute request and attend to the problem this afternoon. Our technician, Jack, was not only extremely courteous but very careful and thorough with the examination of the problems at hand. His knowledge of how to fix the problem was informative and he answered every question I had...even after he left when I called his phone to thank him for a job well-done! I'm very pleased with the service, the replacement parts, and the 5 year warranty. Now, I have peace of mind that this repair is/was ensured to be done right, done well, and done today...so we can go to work tomorrow! Jack was a great technician and he represented Precision well. I'm appreciative of their service and with these results. I will reach out to Precision with my garage door needs in the future.

I was very happy with how quickly I set up an appmt. The technician didn't have the replacement garage door opener with him but a technician came the next morning and installed it. Great service from the phone call to set up the appointment through the moment the technician left following the repair! The telephone agent was great - provided me with an appointment the next day at a time that fit my schedule. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient - completed the replacement of all moving parts of my garage door in about 20 minutes. Sunday morning at around 745am the cable come off the garage door and a wheel came off the rail. We called one place and was told we'd get a call back in a few minutes. A few minutes turned into a hour and a half before anyone called back. So we called precision and made a same day appointment to get the issue fixed. They told us they would have a tech out between 10am and noon. The tech called around 930am and showed up 30 minutes later and the job didn't take him 30 minutes to do. He was very professional, easy to talk too, and he wasn't rude or snarky. We will always use precision from now on and will continue to tell our friends and family as well!!!! Whatever you're doing keep doing it and keep Luke!!! He's just awesome!!!!!!! Also no complaints on the price either!!!! Thank you again so much!!!!!

I called Precision for a repair at about 10 a.m. Not only were they able to schedule a same-day service call, but their expedient work meant they were able to move the service up to a more convenient time for me. They worked quickly, and corrected the root cause of my problem rather than the symptoms alone. Payment with my credit card was handled immediately with a mobile device and e-mailed receipt.

When I decided to purchase a keypad entry for my garage door I called Precision because when I had an emergency with the pulley on my door and I could not get my car out they came out the same day I called. Making the appointment and getting the job done was quick and easy. The two young men who installed the keypad were polite and explained everything they needed to do. After I made the appointment I got a followup email with the appointment time within a couple of hours. They had a link to their website so you could familiarize yourself with the technicians who might be coming to do the work. Good idea in this day and age.

Prompt, Candid, Honest. Good value for product and service. My 18 year old Craftsman broke a chain and cable. Precision told me they wouldn't repair it. Not because they couldn't but that I would need to continually repair it and most of the parts would be obsolete. I took their advice to replace the opener. I didn't feel pressured or scammed. I felt like they were looking out for me. I was very impressed with how they managed me from the initial call, to the inspection of the unit, and to the new installation. It takes good organizational skills to make a service business like this function well. I couldn't be happier.

EXCELLENT service! We needed our garage door repaired - called Precision, talked to a body, set up an appointment, appointment call for confirmation, technician arrived on time. Door fixed in no time and gave an estimate (because we asked) on a new garage door and installation. Very impressed with the prices. Also impressed that they sent me three estimates assisting me in making a decision on good/better/best garage door. I will use Precision as long as they are in business!
