Primary spring busted during the night with both cars inside. Was stranded by the failure. Problem happened on a Saturday night, so I was apprehensive about getting it fixed on Sunday. Precision was immediately available, instant response, technician arrived within an hour, did complete assessment of the problem, offered two levels of service. After selecting the complete rebuild, the job was immediately addressed and within several hours, my garage door was operating better than new, with components rated better than original. Couldn't be done better. Turns out the, technician was the owner of the company. If his example is inspirational, this company will continue to be a powerful example of the success of small American business.

I regret I was not able to wait until Monday to get a new garage opener installed. Because of weather concerns I decided to purchase an opener from another vendor. The weather conditions never materialized. My age and physical condition made it difficult to operate the door manually. I was amazed that when I called I could get service the same day for the broken spring. Luke was very knowledgeable and changed it very quickly. I have owned an overhead garage door company on the east coast and was impressed with the service I received. He had a remote opener that would open both my doors and programmed it for me. I will call Precision if I ever need service again!

I must say that I was a bit apprehensive at first in using a different service company to repair our garage door, but that was totally unwarrantied. I called around 9am and talked with both Russ and Janet about possibly replacing my old LiftMaster opener. After a brief discussion I felt very comfortable in the knowledge and ability to do the work needed. I ask when that would be available to change our opener and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they could be out around 4:30pm later today. Luke was our technician and he called a little after 3pm and let me know he was a little ahead of schedule and was wondering if it would be okay to come on out, worked great for me. He arrived and we went over some details and he proceeded to do some inspecting and began the installation. He was very professional and thorough, making sure to clean up as he went and answered my questions with great detail. We purchased the Marantec model and extremely happy with the installation and especially LOVE our new opener. Precision has earned our business and we would highly recommend them.

Overall, the service and repair we received was excellent! Scheduling was very easy and quick. Luke called 30m before the appointment start time to let us know he was en route and his expected arrival time. He was courteous, respectful, and friendly. Luke provided us with thorough information about the state of the problem and followed up with several options. He did not have a sales agenda (i.e., most expensive). While we were not expecting to select an option other than the basic spring replacement, we chose a more comprehensive repair package and felt very confident that we made the right choice. Luke worked quickly and did an amazing job! This was our first experience with garage repair, and we are pleased that it was with Precision!
