The installer today and very helpful. He straightened out the mess that was crated by your other installer that came a year ago. In Oct 2023 I spent $3,000.00 with your company getting my garage door opener replace. I noticed since then the garage door was opening very slow. And lately would barley open. I spent another $3500.00 today getting the right size garage door opener and spring. Installed. Once again I’m very happy with the job your installer did today with fixing the garage door properly.

The guy showed up when he said he would, which is nice. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He showed us different for types and answered every question we asked. The price was right around what we wanted to pay. I have had them replace the springs on my current for, so I upgraded to the premium springs and hardware. He put no pressure on me to upgrade. I would call them again if I need another door.

The technician was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the repair and maintenance of my garage door. Precision Garage Door had replaced by garage door two years ago and I went with the upgraded hardware package, which included a longer warranty and better coverage. The warranty for this is fantastic and was included in my service call today at no charge. I have recommended Precision to several of my neighbors that have also replaced their garage doors. We moved to Mustang back in 2002 and have had numerous service companies out over the years. From lawn care to plumbers to painters to HVAC to roofers, you name it, we’ve had it. And honestly they’ve all been pretty decent. I had this company out today to fix a garage door that has been a nightmare the last few weeks. And for the first time I wish there was a way to add a “Special Sixth Star” because of the way they just ended our nightmare.
