MJ Dossett
Precision garage door techs were able to determine what the problem was with my existing garage door opener and replace the parts and the motor. They told me that they needed a new outlet put in for the motor and there was a short in the electrical system and that I needed to get an electrician out there. I got an electrician out on the next day they put the outlet in and found the electrical problem and fixed that. The techs at Precision garage door were busy on that day, but we're able to come out the next day and complete the job on my garage door and program the remote controls. They tested and showed me how to do everything and told me to register my warranty. They were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them to anybody. Jacob Mason and Chad Miller were very skilled technicians and took the time to answer all my questions.

Excellent service! Came out same day as we called and was able to finish the repairs within a couple hours. Dominique did such a great job explaining everything to me what was wrong and why and they again at the end everything he did with the repairs. If we have any issues in the future or when we are ready to fully replace I will be asking for him again

Chad was an incredible repair tech. He went way above and beyond in addressing problems, and finding ways he could take care of us. Colson came by and realized I needed a new opener. He worked so hard in the heat and a lot of it had to be done in the attic He was a trooper. It was 103 that day but he stayed with it. Colton Lane came out to work on my garage door today. He was very professional and courteous. He had to troubleshoot the door to find out the cause. He showed and explained all the options that the door needed and we agreed on one. He was very patient as I made my decision. He completed the work in a reasonable time. The price of the service was very reasonable. I would recommend Precision to come out for any repairs and I would especially recommend Colton Lane!
