This company is fantastic! They were at my house two hours after I called on a Sunday. The next day I had a new garage door and opener installed and working perfectly. The three person crew worked together like they were all best friends and loved what they were doing. Overall a great experience.

I love that they are locally owned. I think they are a nationally owned company with locally owned franchise owners. However the individual that replaced my garage door opener was very professional. Even while working on my door a lady and her husband was driving around to find the owners of the cutest little scruffy dog, couldn't have weighed 5lbs, stopped to see if he knew the owners. He knocked on the door to ask if I knew. Unfortunately I didn't. My neighbors east of me has several dogs so I checked but nobody answered. I just thought that without missing a beat he was able to keep on working that was impressive. Thank You

I chose Precision because their service is impeccable. From the phone call for service to the technician coming out is a very positive experience. A bolt had fallen out of my opener and had landed on top of my car forcing my door to not close. I didn't know about the bolt until technician made me aware. I thought door not closing was possibly cold weather related. Technician had my door fixed in only a few and no cost because opener is still under warranty and less that a year old. Great job, Miguel! Hope I remember your name right.

The technician, Paul, was knowledgeable, pleasant and cooperative. He provided insights to what we might need and maintained contact throughout our entire MMO job. He even came a day early, after learning her had time to do our job. He worked in “bone-chilling” cold to professionally install a new door opener and update our entire garage door. I am so happy I called Precision when I realized the garage door spring had broken. Justin came out the same day and looked at the spring and the door and gave me several options from just replacing the spring and some repairs on the door. I knew that the door was more than 20 years old had some damage. I decided to have the door and spring replaced. Justin called the warehouse and found a door and gave me a price to do that and also found a discount for me! The crew came two days later as planned and did the replacement. Joshua was the first to arrive and two additional technicians came as well. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything they were going to do and got right to work.They were done in less than three hours,and it looked fabulous! It was refreshing to have these intelligent and competent young men to do the job and easy to see they take pride in doing a quality install. I know now why the company is called Precision Garage Door Service. Thank You Richard Sankey
