With the recent storms, my home lost complete power for 4 days. When power was restored my garage unit did not work. I called and was pleased to get an appointment the following day. Elijah Hall called to let me know he was en route and gave me an eta. The excellence Elijah showcased was incredible! He was punctual, knowledgable and the most friendly service technician I have ever encountered ever, hands down! Our garage door spring broke over the holiday but Jack came out on a Sunday (no additional service fee) to make the repair. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He inspected our issue and advised on other parts that were more susceptible to failure due to their age. Thank you for your service! Elijah came to my house to fix my newly installed expensive garage doors from a different company that were ruining my opener motors. I was impressed with his knowledge of the operating mechanisms, and he did a great job of explaining all of my technical questions before he even started. He was able to save me money by not having to replace my garage door opener and even found a way to reduce the costs of fixing the original problem. It really does pay to go to the right people on the first time. 100% would do business With Precision Garage Door again.
