I found Teagan Cluff to be very professional, thoughtful and courteous. After a recent storm and power outage, I was unable to reconnect my equipment. Teagan came out, connected my door, and took the time to show me how to do it again myself in the future. While he was here, he didn’t pressure me to buy new equipment, but he did point out a few things I might want to keep an eye on. I couldn’t have asked for anyone to be more kind and courteous. I’m so impressed with Precision Garage Door Service. They were on time and very professional. I bought two new GDO’s and couldn’t get either programmed. The salesman tried and also couldn’t program. Turns out I bought the wrong ones according to the color of the “learn” button. Couldn’t tel what color it was since the opener is 2007, it was very faded. They actually gave me a discount since I had already bought two brand new remotes. I’m so happy to have a working GDO again and will definitely call these guys when my opener retires! Thank you for your great service!
