The scheduling was prompt and as promised, the technician showed up within 2hrs of my call. Tanner was pleasant, professional, and efficient. He showed me the problems with my garage door, explained my options, and fixed the door. He noticed that some joints/ bolts that were suboptimal and fixed those to prevent future issues. Great work!

Jordan and Robert did an excellent job! I called in the morning and was able to get an evening appointment. Jordan called me when they were on their way and he and Robert were so friendly and helpful from the moment they arrived. They listened to my concerns, did an inspection, and then reviewed our options before making the repair. As fairly new homeowners, we could not have had a better experience with Jordan and Robert. We had to have a new garage door opener installed. Justin took the time and tried to trouble shoot for us. My husband and I cannot say enough nice things about him. The technician was friendly and not pushy at all. The cost was excessively high, so I chose to not use their service. The technician supplied me with his safety check and said “I understand, let me know if you change your mind” and left. If it wasn’t for the price I would have used their service.

The lone spring on my garage door broke around noon today. My next-door neighbor told me Precision had replaced the springs on her garage door so I called to see when someone could come repair mine. It’s a holiday weekend so I was quite surprised when the lady told me someone could be at my house between 2:00 and 6:00…TODAY!! I received a phone call from one of the men just before 1:30 to let me know they were about 20 minutes from my house. Two gentlemen arrived at my house around 1:50. Both were so polite and professional. They checked my garage door system, looked up the parts and costs, and provided me an all-inclusive estimate which I approved. They got right to work, installed two new springs (which came with a 7 year warranty) along with a new bearing, and completed the job before 2:30. I’m so impressed with the fast service and will continue to be a customer from now on. In addition I will refer my family and others to Precision. Thank you for the wonderful and fast customer service!
