Old opener broke about 12:30 pm and technician had the new one installed by 5:30 the same day. He did excellent work and explained everything thoroughly. He even did a few things extra that was not part of the installation. The whole system runs quieter than I think it did originally.

Amazing service! Called and a couple hours later Russ arrived. Russ thoroughly went through all the options and prices. When I made my decision he made a call and a couple hours after that Byron and his helper showed up. A few hours later job complete. Very happy with the products, professional / courteous service. It's hard now a days to find a true customer first service, but you have one here. Thank You All!

Precision Door is Top Notch! Excellent Customer Service and affordable. Our technician Byron Watson was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Went far and beyond of any other technician we have had servicing our home. Explained what he was going do you and provided cost up front. Only replaced what was needed without trying to gouge customer with unnecessary repairs.
