The experience was overall very good. An operator answered the phone on a Sunday morning and technician Jordan Greenspan was on the job just a couple of hrs. later, completing it with the help of Robert in two hrs. total. Both young men were courteous, pleasant and efficient workers. The door works great and with the new wheels is much quieter with smoother operation. Typically I would have called Norman Garage Door who I have used for many years but they don't work on Sundays. My only reservation is that I think the $1,769 parts, labor and service call charge was higher than what Norman Garage Door would have charged. Other than that I'm satisfied with the experience. Having used Precision Garage Door Service before, I knew to expect quality customer service and a prompt arrival. The technician, Jordan, was very receptive in trying to understand the issue, and after giving him a detailed description, he immediately jumped into action. While I had suspected what the issue was, Jordan was very informative about all of the particular components that could cause the issue. He took the time to answer my questions and wanted to make sure that the issue was addressed to my satisfaction. He also reiterated several times that Precision’s dedication is to quality customer service and that if I had questions I could always reach out. So far, the issue appears to be resolved, and I suspect it will continue to stay that way given the attention and level of detail provided by Jordan/Precision. I chose Precision Garage Door Company based on their reviews on Google. Normally I read reviews and use "wise judgment." I'm very glad I trusted my instincts in this case. The Techs that came to my house were both nice, knowledgeable, and patient. ( I ask alot of questions) I had a concern after my repair, and a different tech came back out first thing the next day to help me with it. It was a strange situation that neither of us had ever encountered before. He made a quick call, and within minutes my issue was resolved. Jordan was very pleasant, patient, and respectable.... even when I told him the crazy things I was experiencing with my garage door.
