I chose Precision Garage Door Company based on their reviews on Google. Normally I read reviews and use "wise judgment." I'm very glad I trusted my instincts in this case. The Techs that came to my house were both nice, knowledgeable, and patient. ( I ask alot of questions) I had a concern after my repair, and a different tech came back out first thing the next day to help me with it. It was a strange situation that neither of us had ever encountered before. He made a quick call, and within minutes my issue was resolved. Jordan was very pleasant, patient, and respectable.... even when I told him the crazy things I was experiencing with my garage door. Long story short... this will be the garage door company for all my future needs! And kudos to the owner for hiring such wonderful Techs!!

Absolutely great service. I made an appointment online and Jordan was here within a couple hours. He repaired the broken parts and made adjustments to others. Our door works better today than it ever has!

I chose Precision Garage Door because of all their good reviews. Jordan was the service technician and he did a fabulous job of explaining everything to me. The opener broke on a Sunday night, made appointment on line and he was here at 10 the next morning. Jordan was very knowledgeable and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in an hr. New opener with a 5 yr warranty on parts and labor. Will certainly use them again. If you need help with your garage door be sure and give them a call!

Precision Garage Door was flawlessly efficient from my initial phone call to the technician wrapping up his work. Jordan Greenspan was personable and highly knowledgeable.
