Quick to respond and fix our issue we had. We had a door that got hit by a lightning storm in March and we could not use our app to open it any longer. The company who installed it originally would never get back with us on cost to replace the mother board they said needed to be replaced. We decided to look elsewhere and called Precision. They sent out technicians within 3 hours of our call and had a solution for us within 15 minutes and now we have remotes and can open both bay doors with the remotes and didn't have to spend thousands to get it working. Our Springs on our garage door broke and I called Precision to come out and repair. They came out the same day to repair the door. I had the springs, coils, rollers and motor replaced. Justin Price was the installer. He was very professional and courteous! He kept us in the loop the whole time he repaired the door. It only took him a couple of hours to replace everything.
