Called in the morning. Appointment made for same afternoon. Tech was on time. Gave a complete evaluation and identified the problem I was having with my opener. Was given an estimate for a new opener and an estimate for temporary repair. Decided to buy a new opener which was installed promptly.

I had Precision Garage Door replace my garage door springs a while back and my 15 year old garage door opener started to fail. I liked the way my garage doors were repaired so it was an easy choice to call Precision to replace my opener. The tech arrived about three hours after my call. Fortunately it was the same tech, Paul, who had repaired the garage doors. He gave me some cost comparisons between repair and replacement. Since my equipment was old I decided to go with a mid-range replacement opener. Paul had it up and running in less than two hours.
