My husband and I called Precision Garage Door on October 3, 2024. The Technician, Paul came the same day and installed a bottom door strip on both doors and also tightened the chain above our door since it was a little loose. I had a problem with my garage door last Sunday morning due to a power outage. I called service and the company sent a professional out within 2 hours. His name was Stanley Mclntosh. He was very kind and explained to me what was causing the problem. So I learned how to maintain and use my garage door. He fixed the problem. And checked it again several times. I didn't have to pay for it. It was covered under warranty. I didn't know it was covered under warranty but he guided me to the best option. He was very kind to me.

I was very satisfied with the ease of making an appointment on Saturday the next day that I called. Paul is knowledgeable and took care of the problem I called about. He also did a tune up for the spring and door. The new larger rollers reduced the noise of opening and closing the door and are better quality than those originally installed. I recommend this company for garage door repairs.

The technician was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the repair and maintenance of my garage door. Precision Garage Door had replaced by garage door two years ago and I went with the upgraded hardware package, which included a longer warranty and better coverage. The warranty for this is fantastic and was included in my service call today at no charge. I have recommended Precision to several of my neighbors that have also replaced their garage doors.
